If you're looking for a cozy place to stay with family or friends this home will be perfect for you. It's definitely in the center of everything fun. The bay is an eight minute drive while the beautiful beaches of Clearwater are only 25 minutes from the house. Busch Gardens and Zoo Tampa are both 20 away. And if you're looking to go to the Convention Center in Downtown, it's also a 20 minute drive. Disney and Universal are a little over an hour away.

Nice location close to stadium

Nice, clean property. We stayed here for a concert at Raymond James. Conveniently located to stadium and restaurants.

Tampa trip

Highly recommend

We came down for dance and needed a place for the family stay. It was close to the hotel me and my daughter stayed at, was clean and spacious. Not much for kitchen basics but was able to hit up a target to get what we needed. We will definitely consider staying here again when we come down next.

Family of 6 needing a place in the Tampa area for a few nights... so glad we found this! Great communication before/during/after our stay. All needs were met, and the place was spotless.

Spring break 2023

My family and I enjoyed our stay. Gloria communicated all instructions clearly. The house was so nice and cozy. The beds were very comfortable. The basket of snacks in the kitchen was an added bonus. It was a nice location to get to beaches and close to the airport too. We would definitely recommend this place to others. Thank you again for a relaxing stay.

Perfect location

Thank you for a very nice stay at your comfortable, well stocked, and very clean home! The beds were especially comfortable! Your home is roomy, and a very nice layout. We loved the location. We spent time at the Yankee spring training facility, the Tampa Riverwalk, Honeymoon Island, Clearwater Beach, St Pete Beach, Dunedin for sunsets, and everything was an easy drive. We loved having coffee in the morning on the back, screened in porch, (very private) and watching the planes take off from the airport. It was a great way to start each day. Gloria, the host was very quick to respond from start to finish!

Nice home and close to everything

Overall this house was nice and located in a great location that was within a good distance to everything. The property owner was great with communication. However, there are a couple things that made our trip less than satisfactory. At first glance the house was very welcoming and clean but after my toddler ran around the floor for less than 2 minutes his feet were black from how dirty it was. The couch in the living room is very loud and makes a squeaking noise while just sitting on it. Additionally the worst part of our stay was the neighborhood. While it looks like a decent neighborhood the neighbors to the right of the house and the back of the house were obnoxiously loud very late at night(i understand this is not the fault of the host, i just want any other families to know). We thought it was just a one off because our first stay was mothers day but, it continued every single night. First night they were outside yelling at 2am. We woke up to them mowing their lawn at midnight, next night we woke up multiple times to the dog outside barking for HOURS at 2 am. If my son wasnt also staying with us i wouldnt have minded as much but this heavily disrupted my sons sleep which was very frustrating. I do recommend this stay for anyone but maybe not for a family with young children.
