Our kitchen is stocked to cook real meals, not just warm-up leftovers. We love the special foods available at nearby Island Gourmet Market! Fresh fish, Island-raised beef and asian specialty foods are just a stroll away.
The master bedroom has an isotonic mattress on a California King bed. The second bedroom is furnished with two twins.
We love the view from the lanai, especially when the sun rises over Mauna Kea across the greens. The King and Queen's shops are just a few minutes away. There you will find Roy’s and Merriman’s Café, as well as a surprisingly well-stocked market that has fresh and prepared foods. The beach is a 10-minute walk through the fishponds at The Marriott.
About the Condo Complex: This classically-styled Hawaiian resort complex is surrounded by the lush fairways of the world-class Beach Course of Waikoloa. It is across the lake from the Kings' Shops and the white sand beach of Anaeho'omalu Bay. The heated infinity-edge pool with elevated rock spa overlooks the ninth hole and Kings' Lake.
WALK TO THE BEACH! A-Bay has incredible sunsets and is a great swimming beach. You can also kayak, snorkel and even take windsurfing lessons here! Within a 15 minute drive are many other amazing beaches. There are books in our unit that describe these beaches and how to get to them.
There are cleaning supplies in the condo. Daily maid service is not included, but can be arranged through our property managers.

We enjoyed our time on the lanai and the view of Mauna Kea is beautiful. Having use of 2 coolers was very helpful. The location could not be any better! Layout of property was great.
Great location and lovely view. Very comfortable king bed and nice to have the 2 twin beds for the kids. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Would definitely rent again!
Overall, very enjoyable. The closeness to shops, restaurants and 2 fabulous resorts made our stay very memorable. The property management company was very accommodating and quick to make sure all of our questions and needs were taken care of. The infinity pool and Jacuzzi were very nice. We would stay here again.

This condo is as advertised, well located and well equipped. Waikoloa is an awesome area to stay and that is why we chose this complex for the 4th time! Complex is well laid out and this unit is central to the pool and bbq, exercise room, and convenient parking. Top floor unit so great views from the lanai. We like to cook so the well equipped kitchen was excellent. Some furniture needs upgrading which we hear is in process so look forward to returning to this unit. Good selection of beach things to take along for an afternoon to the many beaches nearby. Lots of golf options to enjoy in the area. Was a wonderful month!

We spent 5 wonderful weeks at Fairways Villas #32915, This was our 2nd stay and we loved it, The unit is fully equipped with all we could want or need, Comfy bed, quiet, clean,overlooking the golf course toward Mauna Kea, Great parking spot right near the front entrance which was handy for luggage, beach gear and shopping, There are communal BBQ's for the complex which is a great way to meet other folks.We enjoyed our morning walks up to the Hilton and around the area, Tons of birds and wildlife, lovely flowers and plants and trees. Easy walk to the Kings and Queens shops. Easy drive to Mauna Kea and Hapuna beach which are our faves. Check in, Check out was really easy and the damage deposit was returned promptly, Thank you Andrea. We look forward to next time.

If you're looking to get away for the winter like we did Waikoloa is the location hands down. We didn't get a rental car and just walked. The condo is in a great location and a very nice community. The private deck over looks the golf course, lava fields, Kohala, Mauna Kea, Mauna Loa, Hualalai. Very private and great views. The condo was equipped with all you need to say long or short term. There were some things I reported to the management agency they could do better, but overall we enjoyed it very much. Everyone we dealt with was wonderful and responsive. The owner takes it very personal and gets involved also. Thank you, Andrea and all the Team.

Family Vacation
We just recently stayed at this villa for a family vacation (myself, wife, and 2 kids - 8 and 5 years old). This villa is perfectly located on the island, close to amenities, beaches, golf, and has everything you need. It includes all the beach toys, chairs, and snorkeling equipment that you could ever need. The lanai faces east towards Mauna Key, is right across from the pool/fitness area, and in a small gated area surrounding the golf course. You are within 20 minutes of so many great beaches (Hapuna, Mauna Key, Kua Bay, A-Bay, Beach 69, 49 Black Sands, etc) and within 25 minutes of downtown Kona. We found ourselves making breakfast most mornings, but walking over to the King's or Queen's MarketPlace for fresh pastries occasionally.
We successfully went to 9 beaches, the Hilo side of the island for a day, Akaka Falls, Rainbow Falls, Zipline adventures at the Botanical Gardens, a Luau and went golfing 1 morning.
The owner and the management group are great to work with and very quick in responding to your questions. We've stayed in multiple rental VRBO properties in the past and would easily say this is one of the best experiences we have ever had. The pictures don't do this place justice for how well kept the villa is. We would definitely return to this rental in the future.

We had an amazing time at this condo. It has a beautiful view of the golf course! The condo is very close to the pool and walking distance from shops and restaurants.
We have stayed in various units at Fairway Villas and this was our favorite. Stunning views from the lanai, well stocked kitchen for all your cooking needs and lots of stuff to use at the beach!

Very very tired interior,two sets of blinds do not work. Cords on level or blinds tied in knots. Don’t watch tv in bedroom but it’s at least 25 years old. Corner of bed secured with piece of steel and metal screws. Not enough chairs in living area for 4 adults. Property mgr excellent and condo project itself is immaculate . If updated and deep cleaned would rent again.
My wife and I had the pleasure of staying in this unit during our visit to the island to check on our own rental properties. Building C is located close to the property entrance so the King's and Queen's shops are within an easy walk, as well as proximity to A Bay. The building is close to the pool and recreation area yet far enough away as to not be disturbed by noise.
The unit was clean and well stocked with necessary kitchen items and additional towels for the pool. Beds were comfortable and the unit faces east which offered great sunrise views over Mauna Kea.
We love the Fairway Villas, and this unit was no exception! We loved the morning sunrise over Mauna Kea. The unit has everything you might need, including a full-size washer and dryer. We would happily stay here again!

Great location. Being close to the pool, it made it easy to go back and fourth to the condo as kids needed to eat and rest. Our family enjoyed our staycation... next time we will have to stay longer. :)
The photos do NOT do this place justice. The checkin was BEYOND EASY. The condo itself is clean & a nice open floor plan. USE THE KITCHEN! There are actual pots & pans & a real chance to make a meal using local foods from the Island Gourmet market at the Queens Marketplace.
Its a close walk or drive to A-bay beach & the Lava Lava beach club & it is breathtaking on the walk there through the marriot lagoon. This was our 1st time to Waikoloa so If you need a Target or Walmart youre about 30minutes away but the Island Gourmet has lots of household supplies.
The most beautiful sunrises & peaceful patio views are waiting for you & your morning coffee (that can be made with an actual coffee pot provided)

The condo was fine. Typical for the area. It could really use a deep cleaning. It was livable but the cabinets showed drips on them and the kitchen floor needed a mopping. Otherwise it was a good location and served it's purpose
I was very happy to stay at this condo. Location was great being close to shops, pool, beach and resorts. I didn't have a rental car and found all of the nearby shops and beach walkable. It was quiet and clean. I also really appreciated the beach supplies. Check in process and communication with the property manager was easy
We got some really needed R & R here. Quiet and private 3rd floor, 2-bedroom. Has a nice infinity pool and the BBQ area with lots of great grills (6), was well maintained. Walked over to A-bay for swimming in the ocean & queens shops are right on your door step.

I grew up in San Francisco and still live in the Bay Area. I first visited the Big Island 20 years ago and now consider it a second home.
Why they chose this property
I've been a frequent visitor to Hawaii for the 20 years and finally bought on the Big Island because it has such a variety of activities within a day's drive. We chose this area because it has the most amazing white sand beaches on the Islands! There are swimming beaches, snorkeling beaches, boogie boarding beaches, windsurfing and luxury beaches - all within this 30 mile stretch of the west coast. I personally also love the black lava landscape, full of skies so big you can see the weather miles away. I tried to furnish our unit to match the simplicity and feel of the landscape. We chose this particular complex because it is within walking distance of all you might need beside incredible water - such as groceries, cafes, restaurants and shopping. I love a vacation where you don't have to get into a car.
