Well appointed place in a quiet neighborhood.

Fifteen minutes away from Martin Creek Lake State Park, and ten from main Longview. There's a Walmart five minutes away. Had a great stay.

This place was just right for my fiancée and I! We drove in from an hour away for his Grandmothers 81st birthday and his parents and siblings drove down from Minnesota. We didn’t want to spend just one day with them and instead of getting a hotel in Longview for the same price but having to drive further we found this little gem. It was very clean, had two smart tvs that are already on streaming accounts and that was nice as we don’t have Netflix, but I was able to pick up on a show I had been watching previously. We didn’t spend much awake time here on the property, but the hot water was HOT, and the little house was well insulated and quiet. We will definitely choose this property again in the future.

Property looks new. Its as clean and nice of property as youll find. Met the owners and they are the nicest people you could ever meet. We will definetly stay again next time we are in the area.

Tiny house

It has a lot of room. I enjoyed the big kitchen which made it easy to make breakfast. I liked the walk-in shower since I have trouble stepping over a bathtub. It was a peaceful escape from the city.

Decent place, not great communication

Pros:Quiet StreetHome was good and had everything we needed CleanCons:Communication wasn't clear or timely AC had a hard time keeping the humidity downBarn door-style door to bathroom didn't close all the way Overall, it met our needs as basic accommodation for the same or better price than a hotel, so we'd stay again.
