Great host!

Convenient to downtown Indy, the zoo, and IUPUI. A bit dated but clean and the host was fantastic when minor issues came up (and something always comes up!).Thank you for a great weekend!

Nice place

Host was responsive and checked in on us next morning. Hot water, fast internet, clean sheets. The location is very convenient to downtown. Not a 5-star resort, but it served our needs well. Would rent again.

Nice House and Accurate Description

It's always nice to have a house where the pictures and the property are as described. The house was clean and nice to stay at and close to the campus where we could walk to. Good communication with the house owner also prior to our stay.

Shower is difficult to access, especially if older or less mobile.

Hosts provide the photos and descriptions— guests must discern or deepen their inquiry. Negative review for lack of effort choosing seems unfair at its base.

It's a keeper

Clint is a friendly and responsive owner. The property is well located near downtown, and has a fun and funky vibe. The shaded backyard was beautiful for hanging out in the evenings with our dog. We would definitely stay here again!

We are a swim family that was in town for the weekend for a big meet on the IU campus. The location couldn't have been more ideal. Client was very accomodating particularly with some unusual schedules. The only complaint was that it looked like the property hadn't been cleaned well so distracted from an otherwise positive experience.

Cute home

Art is beautiful. Home is comfortable and Clint the host was responsive when we had issues finding the wifi password. Our only suggestion would be to put the smart lock at the front door for easier access.

Sheets in each room were very clean and the towels. Bathrooms okay. Diswasher not clean. The place was quite and okay. I did not use the kitchen. Rented the place for two 2 days but we were out at bloomington during the day.

Reviewed communications with this guest and nothing to indicate athree star rating was coming. Unfortunate that she did not leave any notes to support such a low rating or to help me improve for the future.
