About this property

One House From Beach On 3rd Street With Ocean Views

Second floor unit with third floor master bedroom.

This unit is literally a few minutes from putting your feet in the Atlantic Ocean. Sit at the kitchen table and watch the waves and sunrise over the horizon and enjoy the sunset from the front two decks. The upper master suite has a private deck with a view of the ocean. Every room is decorated with a nautical touch to give you that ''seashore'' feeling! All bedrooms have flat screen tvs and there is wifi throughout the house.

There are wood floors in the living and kitchen area and carpets throughout the bedrooms. The bathrooms have ceramic tile floors and ample cabinet and countertop space. The steps to the unit are completely enclosed, so if you park in the garage, you can go from your car to the unit without stepping outside. There is plenty of closet space, storage area, and seating to accommodate everyone.


The garage accommodates two parked cars with extra room for storage of bikes and beach items. There are two king-size beds, one queen-size bed, two twin-size beds, and two bunk beds. It has a fully-equipped kitchen, including microwave, toaster, blender, regular and Keurig coffee machine. There is also a washer/dryer combination unit.

Right outside our unit is a ramp that takes you to the Ocean City Boardwalk. The boardwalk offers miniature golf, arcades, great food, and candy, plenty of shops and the best salt water taffies on the east coast!

Of course, on those ''not-so-great beach days'' you can head on up to Asbury Avenue and enjoy all the wonderful stores and activities.

You can also dine at a variety of restaurants ranging from fine dining, family friendly restaurants, and fast food. If you are looking for some excitement, Atlantic City is only about 25 minutes away! No wonder Ocean City is known as ''America's Favorite Family Resort!''

Great rental!

This rental was awesome! The owners were very easy to work with and were wonderful! We had multiple ages and everyone had fun. It's super close to the beach and boardwalk. The private deck off the third floor master is sweet! This is a great rental for multiple families with the five bedrooms (private third floor suite) and three bathrooms. The garage parking can't be beat! We would love to stay here again! Highly recommended!!!

The property was as advertised. However, the policy of not supplying linens and towels puts an unnecessary burden on renters, and detracts from the experience. Other owners supply linens and towels; this owner chose not to.

Very clean and exactly as pictured

Came to ocean city with my friend, our daughters and some of their friends to celebrate a milestone birthday. The house was gorgeous and so clean, appliances were like brand new. Has everything you could possibly need in the kitchen, beach chairs, cleaning supplies, even a closet filled with games. TV with all of the subscriptions. Jonathan left a detailed email and there’s a manual in the house with suggestions of places to go and restaurants. We had a great weekend and couldn’t be happier!

Beautiful weekend with sisters, girls get away. House was everything as pictured. The owners were quick to reply and accommodating. The space allowed for together time as well space to retreat to a bedroom to chill out alone. Very close to beach and board walk. Enjoyed the sunrise both mornings. Great vacation rental steps from the beach

We had a wonderful experience! The house is adjacent to the boardwalk so it was a 2-3 minute walk to the beach. We spend days lounging in the sand then hit the boardwalk for tons of evening entertainment and good food- we over the second level master where we could put the kids to bed then spend the late evening out on the deck people watching and enjoying the sea breeze, we will definitely go back.

beautiful home with all you need for a week at the "shore"

Three families consisting of 6 adults 4 kids (5-8 years old.) Plenty to do inside and outside the home. Beaches and views enjoyable, you must have a Browns doughnut. The eight year old commented, "the best week of my life" could not get him off the beach. The location was perfect. No outside disturbances, you could hear the waves from every deck. Loved the ability to park THREE cars on the property.

Awesome house!! Great views of the ocean!

This is one of the best homes that I have rented in OCNJ. Its beautifully decorated and immaculate! There are many decks which make it very convenient to have privacy. The views - in particular from the bedroom deck upstairs- are incredible! We have enjoyed our stay so much that we go every year! The owners are great and very accommodating as well! I cannot say enough about how much I love this place! Highly recommend!!!

Nice place

Nice place, decorated well. Loved the additional amenities provided (10 beach badges, papertowels, cleaning supplies, beach chairs). The place can comfortably accomodate 10 people (not 12). Although you can sleep 12 with a pull out sofa, it becomes very tight since the LR/DR & kitchen are small in comparison to other places we've stayed. The location is great for the boardwalk and amusement pier. Not ideal for elderly, as there are 29 steps to go up and down. The place was relatively clean and well cared for. I would recommend it for a smaller group.

Fun at the Beach!

We just returned from a week with our family and a few "mature" dads. We had a great time! The location was awesome and the house was perfect. We were able to get everyone what they needed and had a beautiful view of the beach. The owners made it so easy with a very detailed description of how everything worked and where to find stuff. This was the best rental I've ever done and I've done quite a few. I wish we were still there!!!

The house was within crawling distance of the beach, the 5 bedrooms are spacious and clean, and the bathrooms were well-maintained. It was ideally located, and a dream to stay in for the few days we had it. As well, the owners were extremely easy to deal with and to contact, and answered every question I had quickly and fully. Definitely thinking about renting this place next year!

The description of this beautiful home was very accurate. It has an open floor plan, so the layout was exactly the way we thought it would be. Having 5 large bedrooms, and 3 full bathrooms, worked out great. We had 12 people in our group, so it was nice and roomy. It was very clean, and comfortable. We enjoyed our stay very much, and would consider renting this home, again. The owners, Janet and her husband were very easy to deal with. They were always available for any questions that we had.

Spacious and Clean rental with ideal 3rd floor master suite!

...so nice and clean with the perfect location and floorplan for our family. We rented the unit so that all our kids, their spouses, and our new grandchild could spend the week together despite our hectic schedules. The unit offered us plenty of room, and the master suite offered us some refuge as we are the early risers in the group. I fixed coffee each morning and retreated to the third floor deck to watch the sun rise over the waves and wait for the rest of the group to rise. The rental was all that was described and more, well appointed and comfortable. The owner was very friendly and helpful, even helping us find a private deep sea fishing charter. This property is located as described 1 house from the boardwalk, the quieter end of the boardwalk, yet close enough for the family to stroll to the hub of activity easily. At the other end of the street, the bay side, there is a city-owned dock for fishing and/or strolling with a very knowledgeable and friendly attendant. I am a firm believer that the sun and saltwater can cure whatever ails you....Can't wait to return next year for another round of rest and relaxation at this outstanding property!!

Why they chose this property

Location! Location! Location! You cannot beat this location for an overall great vacation experience. It is practically beach front on a great Ocean City beach. The 3rd Street beach is sufficiently wide and protected for an enjoyable day at the beach, while still close to the boardwalk so that you do not need to transport your beach gear over a long stretch of sand just to get near the water. Third Street is close enough to walk to the main boardwalk attractions without the noise and congestion of the more populated areas of the boardwalk.
