Lovely apt, was close to Hope University, where we was visiting. 5 man walk to Lime st station, plenty of eating places nearby. Everything in the apartment was spotless. Will book again soon.
We (me and my son) had a perfect stay. Went to see LFC in merseysidederby. And the flat had all the facilities we needed - and was situated close to downtown Liverpool and within walking distance (or a short bus ride) to Anfield. Communication with host was in top. Good value for money.

Please come back again for another LFC game at Anfield! YNWA
The apartment I stayed in was welcoming, it had all the amenities that you require when away from home. Everything was available for use, clean and easily accessible. The host was marvelous, so accommodating and informative very friendly and easy to talk to. Having this apartment and a great host certainly helped my enjoyment as it was stress free. Thank you

It was a pleasure to meet and host you Dot, I hope you return for another visit! ❤️🌹
I had a great time extended my stay in Liverpool after a work trip. I had trouble finding many affordable hotel options so I checked out VRBO and was surprised to find such a lovely home to stay in. From start to finish Nick was an amazing host, quick to communicate always. The place itself was as pictured, comfy, and perfect for just me for a few nights. It's not in the exact heart of Liverpool but only a short stroll to Limestreet station or popular areas in town. I even walked from here to Anfield for the Liverpool game and back no problem! I'll look forward to staying here again in the future!
Nick was a great host, very friendly and great communication, I felt very much at home. The apartment was perfect for my Liverpool trip, it was small but clean and well equipped , close to Lime street station. Wifi internet was fast and very good which was useful as I was working remotely while there.
It was walking distance to all the locations I needed and the neighborhood had a Tesco and Lidl for groceries. Coffee machine was a bonus as well as the neat little kitchen, and the movies provided on the TV were great!
I was suprised at how cheap this flat was considering its quality and location, I was not disappointed. I cannot recommend this place enough and I will be booking it again for my next trip here!

Nice Host, inaccurate listing
Picking up keys was easy. We wanted to stay here because we had long travel and needed to do laundry. The laundry machine was moldy, the refrigerator didn’t get cold, and the elevator didn’t work. The room is on the second floor and carrying our luggage up the stairs was a real challenge. We couldn’t store left over food and so our food went bad. Instructions say that you have access to then owners Netflix account but that’s not the case either. The city center is a 30 min walk so we used uber to get into town everyday which was about 5 pounds one way. If you want to save money this is a decent place to stay but you won’t get the accommodations listed.

Dear Violet, thanks very much for your stay here & thank you for your review, we really appreciate your feedback and it has been noted. I hope you enjoyed your stay despite the issues you mentioned.
Yes I apologise that the elevator was out of order when you arrived, I raised this with the management company of the building and they did repair the elevator before you left . You didn't mention the fridge issue during your stay so I checked it and it was set to setting number zero (and therefore no switching on) so it's fully working 🙏
Yes the apartment is in Liverpool city centre , but in a quiet residential part close to Lime Street train station (on London road) so maybe the areas of the city centre you wanted to be near to were at the opposite end?
Sorry if you were expecting Netflix, we switched over to providing our Plex server because it actually has a lot more TV shows and movies than Netflix, including new releases! But sorry if you weren't happy with this. The washing machine has been deep cleaned as well , thank you very much for your feedback, it has been noted - we are always looking to continually improve our guest experience and happiness! Blessings 🙏

I cannot think of anything bad or poor to say about this property or about the host, who was the most helpful person I've encountered in all my years of renting holiday lets. The property is on a busy junction not far from the centre, but due to the glazing there was no problem at all with noise. I would highly recommend this property to anyone visiting this wonderful City. At 76 years of age I found no difficulty in walking to and from the centre, the Cathedrals or the many other attractions Liverpool has to offer. Only 5 minutes from Lime Street Station. Definately home from home.
