The Magnolia Beach House is a 100 year old home that has all the charm of the south with a relaxed beach feel. The house has many comforts from taking a bath in the original claw foot tub to enjoying the evening breeze on one of the two porch swings.

There are tons of fun things to do in the neighborhood:
* Island View Casino is just across the street.
* The beach is just 2 blocks away.
* Marina has excursions to Ship Island and Fort Massachusetts, 1 mile away.
* Nearby are several splash pads for kids provided and maintained by the city for FREE fun.
* 3/4 mile away from historic downtown with loads of residents, night life, brewery. Transportation is needed.
* Jones Park has many events throughout the year for live entertainment.
* Mississippi Aquarium is 1 mile away.

Load and start the dishwasher
Lock the doors
Load and start dishwasher. Pods are under the sink in a jar. Normal wash setting.
Load all white bath linens and begin a normal wash. Please use laundry soap provided and bleach.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
At checkout: Begin washing all used, white only, bathroom linens. Load in washer, use provided washing detergent and bleach, turn on normal wash only.
Also, at checkout Load and turn on the dishwasher.
IF YOU USE THE GRILL YOU MUST CLEAN THE GRILL. AN UNCLEANED GRILL AT CHECKOUT WILL HAVE AN ADDITIONAL $25 CLEANING FEE CHARGED.

This house was beautifully decorated, clean and felt so warm and welcoming. It was in a perfect location for us to go to our concert and dinner/lunch. The beds were comfortable and we loved the little sound machine in one of the rooms. It will definitely be saved for future visits to the area.

In walking distance to the beach, casino, and many restaurants. Even being close to the casino the neighborhood was quiet and peaceful. Memory foam mattresses were super comfortable. Would definitely stay again

There was a lot going on in Biloxi and Gulfport this weekend but this house was the perfect place away from all that. My family and I loved the house and the ease of access to all the things we wanted to do while being able to escape the chaos!

Great Summertime Finale

My wife, myself and our 3 grandkids had a great stay at your Magnolia Beach House. The location was just minutes from the beach and nice restaurants. The house was very clean, spacious, very well kept, and had great ambiance reminding me of my grandmothers old house. Thank you so much for allowing us to stay there. We hope to make it back there again soon.

It was as a good central location so you could do all 3 of the closest towns along the beach! We went to BSL and OS! We walked the neighborhood a couple of mornings for exercise! Bought fresh shrimp and cooked shrimp scampi out last night! Kitchen had everything we needed! Nice backyard! Front porch was shady almost all day ! Thanks for the stay and opening your house for vacations

Great location near the beach and casino, but still quiet. Perfect for out family to stay for a wedding. Very clean, well stocked, new grill and furniture on the porch. So nice. Definitely would rent again.

Weekend trip

My family and I came down for a Beach Boys concert and caught the tail end of Crusin The Coast. The house was beautiful and clean. We had plenty of room, all the beds were comfortable. Communication with the hoat was easy and they were very responsive. If we have the opportunity to make a trip like this again we will definitely stay again.
