Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Please place used bathroom towels on the bathroom floor. Leave sheets on the beds. Extra cleaning supplies and towels are under the kitchen sink if needed.
Please start the dishwasher before leaving and remove all food from the refrigerator. Trash bins are located across from the gate. Please use the bin on the right.
Before leaving, turn off all lights and lock the doors. Please make sure all personal belongings are taken with you. Thank you for taking care of the home.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Max 6 overnight guests. No parties or events. Violation may result in cancellation without refund.
Quiet hours 10pm–8am. Please respect neighbors and the neighborhood.

The home was nice and clean and the beds were very comfortable. We loved staying here while on.vacation visiting the beach. Weather was a little too cold but better than the weather in MO where we came from during this time of year.

The house was impressively clean. We really enjoyed our stay. It was very close and convenient to where we needed to be . The linens, the beds even the towels were very good quality stuff. It was almost like being at home. Much much better than being at some hotel. The host was great and I would recommend this place to anyone.

Adorable cottage and very near the beach and downtown. Squeaky clean! Be prepared for no shoes in house rules and AC settings no lower than 70. Train was fairly close but ran only a few times. Kitchen was nicely stocked. I would recommend highly and would stay here again.

The house was very clean, had a full kitchen setup, even had some extra personal items just in case you forgot something. The house looked just like the pictures posted and very clean. Beach Getaway

My oldest toddler has been wanting to see the beach and the sharks. Bethany's home was the perfect spot to check out the Gulport beaches, Jones Park, and the MS Aquarium. Home is quiet and well furnished. Very comfortable and cozy. Would definitely return!!

Great Spot, perfect for us!

The house was in a perfect location, a couple of blocks from the beach and within walking distance to do. Only negative was it was pretty far from our wedding venue, but that was our fault when booking great spot beautiful house.
