Very clean, comfortable beds, well appointed and supplied. Very good host communication. Renters should be aware that access to the home is down 12 outside relatively steep steps so not appropriate for anyone with problems navigating stairs or unable to carry their luggage up and down stairs.

Perfect for larger family

This was an amazing property that was perfect for our larger family. Four bedrooms allowed everyone to have their space and large open community areas allowed for games, movies and having meals. Owner was responsive and check-in/out was easy.

A great vacation place to stay!

3 friends and I had a great vacation in Arlington, VA. This 4 bedroom/3 bath place was great! Even tho it was a basement, it was very bright and had several windows. Very clean and great place to stay

The house was very clean and had all the items we needed to stay there comfortably. There was even extra toothbrushes in case you forgot yours. There were multiple game options for all of us to play. Definitely recommend staying here.

First, I liked the space overall. A completely beautifully finished basement with everything you need at your fingertips. Laundry, room with attached full bathroom, very comfortable beds and bedding, nice sized kitchen area and appliances as well as well lit entry way and convenient parking. The area was safe and close to all activities we enjoyed during our stay. Will definitely stay again! This place is a gem! Definitely a home away from home!

Spacious and convenient

This property has plenty of space for a crowd. It accommodated six of our family - 5 adults and one older teen - very comfortably. We had all we needed to fix meals, (though we only made light and simple fare) and space for eating, sleeping and putting our feet up. The neighborhood was quiet and very convenient to everything. A 15 minute drive took us to the Jefferson Memorial and Tidal Basin area. It's a great base for exploring the DC area.

Cleanliness was definitely below average from what I’ve stayed at in the past.. The place is very spacious, with the 4 queen bedrooms, but the listing is deceiving. The photos are taken so that this appears to be a separate guest suite but it is the basement. We were not aware it was a basement until googling the address (the day of our trip) because the pictures are so carefully taken. This was not an issue for us but worth mentioning. During our stay, one of our guests fell out of a dining chair when the back of it broke. I messaged the host letting them know and nothing else was mentioned, then The host reached out to us requesting a 5 star review. The next day, after we checked out, I received a charge for $75 for the chair. The furniture was by no means new and we felt this was very unfair, especially with the condition of the whole dining set. Would not stay here again.
