What makes this House unique
The Villa is in a desirable location, close to everything you could ever need. While there recently we enjoyed shelling at Sanibel Is., Fort Myers Beach, and most of all just sitting on the Lanai and swimming in the pool. Most of our bookings are repeat guests from the time we bought! Help is just a phone call away if you have any questions. We employ local people (neighbors) to do landscaping, maintenance, and cleaning. So if something comes up during your stay a quick fix is doors away!
