Be aware: they have BED BUGS! My wife is allergic to their bites, she had bites all over that were swollen and consistent with bed bugs bites. It happened at night, we had to throw away luggage and clean everything, the owner refused to compensate a dime. It's also located in a bad part of town. Terrible experience

This place was immaculate and clean! It was so nice to walk in and feel right at home. Nic was checking in with us throughout our stay, I really appreciated that. You will not be disappointed with this place, so please be sure to book without hesitation!

Everything you need at a good value

Our stay was very good. Excellent communication and instructions. The AC worked awesome, beds comfortable. I was happy to have the alarm system as the area was not in the fanciest part of Columbia (though we didn’t feel unsafe). Overall a great value on a weekend moving our daughter to USC.

The condo is located in a gentrifying location of Columbia. The unit is clean, but the mattress is not comfortable and squeaks every time you move. For 350 a night I would not stay here again, but we were in a crunch to find a place.

Not what I expected

The property is very nice looking but it is a bad neighborhood. Also when you first walk in looks very nice but I had few issues I was very unhappy. Dirty towels, dirty dishes supposedly washed and the bathtub was clogged. The worse part I found roaches walking around the room table and the closet

The apartment was clean and bright, and super convenient to the U of SC campus, shops, and dining. The person in the unit next door was very loud the first night, but I sent a note to our host who spoke to the person and it was taken care of immediately. Would definitely stay again!
