This place was amazing. The neighborhood was quiet and safe, the condo was clean and comfortable and the host Joe was amazing. I would definitely book again when I visit in the future.
My son was graduating from Fort Jackson and this was just perfect. Quiet clean neighborhood… clean condo… great host. Close to base and shopping Full service kitchen and comfortable beds
I had a great time! The home was very clean and the neighborhood was pretty quiet. One rude neighbor that was addressed but other than that we had a blast in SC!
The stay was pretty ok for the most part the mattress were super hard the queen size bed listed on the website is not the same bed in the actual place and the carpets were super dirty but other than that the stay was ok
Everything is exactly as shown, thought we had problems paying but the host helped me through it, everything is clean and organized and provides a very useful booklet w all info about the place. Would def recommend!
The apartment was nice. The area was quiet and well kept. parking access was easy,.It was a great experience and the host was very quick, to respond with any questions I had beforehand.
Overall My stay was good. No issues with the host. The furniture is pretty much old or out dated but I guess for the price U cant complai.

I absolutely recommend. Some reviews mentions older furniture and that is true, however I wasn't making the trip for that. It is a working class neighborhood, kids in the area, a park just a few blocks away, quiet in the evenings. I was there for my soldier's family day and graduation at Fort Jackson so I wasn't around during the day a whole lot. It is close to the base, which was a big appeal, maybe 10 minutes. The host was fantastic. This was my first time renting a property with Vrbo and I kept thinking of questions. He always answered promptly and friendly. He made me feel much more comfortable on a trip I was very nervous and excited about. I stayed alone, but there is plenty of room for a family.
Overall a good place to stay. We were a little concerened about the noise sensor since we had small children. Was worried about the noise level so couldnt relax. Beds were a little hard. Needed a larger skillet and a few little things in the jitchen but overall pleased. noise..
The property is just as described. It was clean. Overflow of towels, rags, and sheets!
There was plenty of room for the 7 of us.
We went for our son's graduation from basic. Its super close to base (10 min or so).
Would use them again, if we ever visit again.
His communication with us was great, as well!

Descent Property
Property met minimum expectations. The neighbors were nice and area was peaceful, close to interstate. Opportunities are with the decor, linens and cookware. I would encourage the owner to invest in new, coordinating items to improve the guest experience.
The home was very nice I loved everything about it! There are some loud neighbors that are right on the other side of the fence but it didnt really bother us. But if you enjoy complete silence at night it may bother you. Overall we had an amazing stay and were super close to Fort Jackson to get onto post very quickly.
This is a hard place to review because I don't want to give anyone the wrong impression. It's certainly not 5 Star luxury but I basically got what I paid for. Would I stay here again... I'm not sure. When you are on a budget, compromises must be made.We were just coming thought town and needed a place for the four of us to crash for the night and this place offered more beds and more privacy then the cheapest hotels, for about half the price (not included taxes and fees). The condo is really pretty spacious with a living room, kitchen, and dinner room. The bed rooms are small but, functional. The single bathroom meets the requirements. All in all, the experience is fine. Easy parking. Simple check in.The accommodations about what you should expect for a cheap place to stay. The beds aren't terrible comfortable. The rooms are pretty run down and dingy, so it doesn't feel particularly clean (it may be vacuumed and scrubbed down, but the cracks in the paint, holes in the carpet, etc leave the impression that the place is not lovingly carerd for). All that said, if the owner had invested in updates to make this place nicer, they would have to increase there rate, I may not have been able afford it, and my whole family would be crammed into a single budget hotel room... So... We probably need some places that accept what they are and offer a good price with minimal frills.
