Check-out instructions

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds, gather used towels and store extra beds
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
All trash must be bagged and placed in the dumpster located across the driveway before departure.
Please return all furniture, pillows, toys, and décor items to their original locations. This includes both indoor and outdoor spaces.
All lake equipment must be returned to its proper storage location. Kayaks and canoe re-racked, paddleboards secured, life jackets neatly organized, and water toys placed in the lakeside storage shed.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Primary renter must be 25+ and present during entire stay. No prom groups, college parties, fraternity or sorority events, or youth-only gatherings.
Events, gatherings, or celebrations exceeding 30 total guests must be disclosed and approved prior to booking. Additional event fees apply.
Quiet hours are strictly enforced at 10:00 PM. This is a private, family-oriented estate intended for respectful and responsible guests.

Better than the pictures with much more seating in the living room and dining area than the pictures showed (there are 2 long rustic dining tables and a huge sectional couch). My group of 25 friends have stayed for a long weekend every winter for the past 4 years. The grounds are great, the hot tub is wonderful. There will occasionally be wear/wobble on chairs and such but that is just what happens with furniture - and I can attest that since our last stay they've replaced the large sofa in the main floor living room. The sound system is great as well (though it does skip a bit on the balcony, we just didn't use those speakers). Incredible value, friendly caretaker, no complaints.

Fabulous stay

Our large family had a fabulous time on the water utilizing the boats, dock and float. Beds are very comfortable and plenty of room for everyone with lots to do in the very private yard and water access. The large hot tub was a big hit, too. We plan to come back next summer. There are private areas as well as the large open living space by the kitchen. The dogs loved it, too!

This house was beautiful. Had a group of friends up for an atv weekend. We went to local tracks mx207, Hemonds atv Mx for trails and riding. The house was great for relaxing and had plenty of room for parking for trailers and trucks. Plan on renting again 100% you won’t be disappointed.
