Huge covered screened porch with wood burning fireplace perfect for morning coffee or evenings by the fire. Bunk room and projector in basement perfect for a kids domain. 40 minutes to North Conway, 20 minutes Bridgton Highlands Golf Course. All bedrooms on main and upper floor have en suite bathrooms.
