Wonderful Stay

This is a very nice, updated condo. Easy access, plenty of parking. Beds are comfortable, view is amazing and a short walk to the beach. Only a 15 minute walk to Coligny either by walking path or beach. We would definitely stay here again.

Ideal location

Situated right on the beach with short walk to shopping and restaurants. You can see the ocean from the balcony and the pool from the front door. Next to the elevator and loading area made it easy to bring our bags in and out.

This Unit was super clean and nice. It was in a great location to the beach access and the view at sunset was beautiful. The host was very available and helpful in all matters and that is something I really appreciate.

This condo is awesome! Everything is brand new. Right on the beach and within walking distance of many restaurants and bars. Condo was perfect for 4 of us. Very spacious with 2 bedrooms. The hosts were quick to answer any questions before the trip and while at the property. I felt very safe and everyone on the property was very nice. Wonderful place to stay!

Last Minute Trip

We had to change vacation plans due to kid sports, and found this condo available. It was super cute inside, and the manager was very communicative and friendly. It’s not a large place, but who cares when you’re so close to the beach! The pool is shaded in the afternoon which is nice after a day in the sun. Would love to return!

The ocean view was farther than expected. We cook in, and all the pots and pans had lots of scratch in Teflon or non stick surface which is very unhealthy to cook in. But the place is nice and well remodeled. Would stay again.

Very clean and updated nicely. Close proximity to coligny and sea pines. Easy check in and check out. It was very clean and facilities are convenient. I rated this stay five stars so I would stay here again..but. If you are someone who likes to be in the room a lot or sit inside watching tv, it could be a little more comfortable. Couch (futon?) in the living room was not super comfortable. The primary bedroom sheets were not as comfortable as in the second bedroom either but it was fine and didn’t much affect our stay. It was nice that toiletries were provided as well as a couple of laundry pods. It was perfect for our little family of 3

#239 Sea Side Villas

This unit looked brand new! It has been tastefully remodeled and every square inch of space has been used. The half bath is a definite plus as well. You have everything you need in this unit. Just bring your bike! The owner and property manager are quick to reply also as we were coming in right after a hurricane and we were kept informed with updates from them. Will definitely be back here!
