Condo just recently updated (2025) with new paint, ship lap walls, flooring, large Smart TV's. Open Plan with new beach themed decor. New Kitchen renovations completed 12/2025

Living room has a large comfortable chase sleeper sofa with 65 in. smart tv, electric fire place, desk for computer and separate dining room area. Living area walks right out to a private deck with Weber gas grill and picnic table. Deck walks right down to one of the pools.. Watch your family enjoy swimming while grilling on the deck and taking in the views. Our kitchen includes all new stainless appliances, plenty of dishes and pots and pans along with a washer and dryer. Master bedroom has king bed, Flat Screen TV renovated master bath with two person marble walk in shower with glass doors. Second bedroom has two double beds and TV. Guest bathroom offers a jetted tub.

Our complex has two pools, several lagoons with fountains, private beach walk out to the ocean with cabana (restrooms) for your convenience. Bike paths and rentals are directly in front of complex. Walk to shopping, golfing, tennis and restaurants. Also a few miles from lighthouse and marinas. Something for everyone. Great place for family vacations!!

Almost everything was good. Beds were comfy, as was the living area. The cable TV service was a bit lacking. Other than common main networks there wasn't much else. The number for the unit was difficult to see after sunset. The numbers blend in with the background. The narrow stairs with 4 or 5 turns were a bit surprising.

Excellent Stay

My family and I had a wonderful first visit to Hilton Head and a pleasant stay at this cozy condo. It had everything we needed, was very comfortable, and helped round out such a great trip. Very close to the beach and within walking distance to some great shops/food. Also, conveniently located to other areas of the island, including Sea Pines. We would recommend this spot to anyone looking for a getaway to HHI.

This condo was good for a girls weekend at the beach. The location was walking distance to the beach and has bathrooms nearby which was nice. We also appreciated that there were beach chairs supplied at the condo. The condo itself is very cute and has a lot of potential. However it could use a deep clean and a little extra care.

Cozy condo near pool and a 10 minute walk from beach.Coligny walk was very beautiful and about 25 minutes. We loved the tropical walkways and water features. An Unforgettable Beach Getaway!From the moment we arrived, this beach rental completely exceeded our expectations! The home was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had that perfect “beach charm” that immediately put us in vacation mode. Every detail felt so thoughtful, from the kitchen and comfy beds to the beach chairs and umbrellas ready for us to use.The location couldn’t be better, just steps away from the sand and pool. Excellent location!

This was a great house. About a mile walk to Coligny Plaza and close walk to the beach and Loggerhead Bar which is on the beach. House looked just like the pictures. Only thing I would recommend is bring plastic cups for your drinks by the pool. Definitely would stay here again!

The host was very helpful and answered communications right away. It was great to have the pool right outside-- we were almost the only ones using it.The condo was just right for our family of three, but larger groups might have trouble cooking in the small kitchen.The bathrooms were clean, bright, and functional, but small and only on the second floor. No problem for us but something others may want to know.It was a little bit further of a walk to the beach than we wanted, so we mostly drove to the Alder Ln Access and walked from there.Overall, such a beautiful spot and we enjoyed our time immensely!

Great Villa Near the Beach and Pool!

My family and I enjoyed our time here, the unit was clean and spacious enough for our family of 6. We loved being able to hop off the deck and jump into the pool, and the dedicated path to the beach was clutch! We had a great time and would recommend this unit for anyone looking to enjoy a trip to Hilton Head!

Love HHI

Just an amazing time! The condo was very clean and had everything we could have wanted for our stay. It was just a short walk across the street to the beach! The pool area is right out the back door and was awesome when we’d had enough of the beach. The condo is also conveniently located so it’s a few minute bike ride to Coligny! Sandy was very responsive whenever we had questions. We would definitely stay again!

Beach Vacation

This condo was perfect for our family. The condo was very clean and as advertised. We loved the easy access to the pool from the deck. The deck is shaded in the afternoon which made it a great place to hangout after a day on the beach! The walk to the beach was very easy (about 10-15 minutes). Having a bathroom close by the beach was a bonus. The kitchen was well stocked with all the necessities. The beds were comfortable. Our host Sandy was very helpful with any questions. Her response time was very quick if we needed anything!

The condo was a good size for us and our two kids (6 &12). The kitchen is on the small side, but we didn’t cook much so it was fine for us. Great location and the owners are friendly and easy to work with. Would stay here again!

Wonderful stay

We had a great time staying at this home. It’s right next to the pool, great patio with a grill. It’s a 10 minute walk to the beach, very convenient. The bedrooms and living room were very comfy. Kitchen is on the smaller side, and could use 1 or 2 things, both bathrooms on the 2nd floor. Sandy was a great host, and responsive. We would definitely stay here again.

Nice family vacation!

We very much enjoyed our stay. The condo was comfortable and had everything we needed. The only reason we would not return is that the walk to the beach was further than we expected with our little ones. Otherwise the pool and home was nice!

We fell in love with Hilton Head way back in the early 90's and purchased our first property many years ago. Since then, we have had several properties and love coming to the island. We try and come as often as we can. Many things have changed on the island over the years but the beauty and uniqueness have remained the same. We strive to keep our properties update and comfortable for all of our guests to enjoy.

Why they chose this property

Seascape Villa's offers two pools nestled in a area of lush tree's and Palm Tree's overlooking several lagoons . I enjoy walking the winding paths thru the property over bridges and walk ways over the lagoons. We are a short walk to the beach down a private beach walk that offers a private cabana (restrooms) for Seascape owners and guest. We have the bike path directly in front of our complex. Walk or ride bikes down the beach or bike paths just blocks to Coligny Plaza to enjoy the many shops, restaurants and entertainment. Enjoy the new Lowcountry Celebration Park for summer events.

What makes this property unique

Hilton Head has plenty of entertainment to keep the whole family entertained, but has keep the small town charm that makes you keep coming back.
