Gulf access waterfront Villa Eli with 4BR/2BA sleeps 10+, with circular driveway parking for 6+ cars, boat dock & heated swimming pool, about 10 houses from the Caloosahatchee River and within walking distance (7 houses to) the Cape Coral Yacht Club, beach, fishing pier, waterfront restaurant & boat ramp, tropical fruit trees, lounge chairs & BBQ grill, bikes and pool toys. 2 king beds, 1 queen bed & 2 full beds with sofas. Fishing, crabbing , see dolphins and manatees in the backyard. ALL UTILITIES ARE INCLUDED. 100% FULL REFUND for hurricane evacuation cancellations.
Please do NOT set the air conditioner thermostat setting to below 72 degree, as it may cause the evaporators to iced up, thus prevent the cooling. Thank you

We really enjoyed our stay, especially the fully fenced backyard, which was perfect for our 2 dogs. The pool area and dock were the highlights of the property, and we spent most of our time there. Watching the 4th of July fireworks from the backyard was spectacular. The kitchen was well stocked, though a few spatulas, including one for the grill, would be helpful. The owner was also accommodating by allowing an early check-in and late checkout for a reduced fee, which we appreciated.A few improvements would make this property even better. The outdoor grill needs replacing, as it is missing a front wheel, supported by a brick, and the remaining wheel appears ready to fail. The kitchen towels were quite worn, some bath towels were showing their age, and the sheets in the primary bedroom should be replaced due to staining.The biggest issue was at check-in, when we discovered the home's water had been turned off. It took some time to reach the owner, who was unsure how to restore it. Fortunately, I was able to locate the main shutoff valve and turn the water back on. We also found the water heater had been turned off.A welcome guide with contact information, garbage pickup days, pool and lawn maintenance schedules, water shutoff and heater instructions, and checkout procedures would make arrival much smoother.Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would recommend this property. With a few maintenance updates and better guest information, it would be an excellent rental.
