“Sojourn in this land, and I will be with thee, and will bless thee…” Gen. 26:3
PLEASE NOTE: 14 days MAXIMUM STAY! Technology has changed all aspects of American life. Advancements created to help us to be more efficient have in fact caused stress and discord as a result of being “tethered”. Sojourn Lodge was created as a place to step away from the busyness of life. Located on 78+ acres of hardwood timberland, we invite you to “sojourn in this land” and be blessed with peace of mind and tranquility.

The lodge is always incredible this was my 4th trip here. The weather was perfect the scenery beautiful and the house is exactly what is advertised. Mark and Susan are excellent hosts.
Nice cabin! Close to Jacksonville and Rusk. We didn't have the chance to explore the property but our stay was nice. The communication with Susan was great - thank you!

Why they chose this property
They say “age comes with wisdom…” and we have to agree. Life is finite. Mark and I realized a long time ago that we didn’t want to spend our lives tethered to an office with no end in sight. We loved our time away from the city. For 5 years we prayed and searched for our perfect place to disappear. When God opened this door, we stepped through it.
