Inside, you’ll find a brand new build featuring high end finishes and delightful boho style! It features two draped twin beds, a private bathroom with shower, kitchenette and a separate living area that features two additional sleeping areas, a convertible couch and convertible dinette. There is an outdoor seating area with a bbq grill. In season there is also access to the salt water pool. Climate control keeps the space comfortable with both heating and air conditioning. Whether you’re unwinding after a day of adventure or enjoying quiet moments inside, this beautiful , unique space provides a fantastic home away from home. We enjoy meeting new people and our experience is geared for families looking to enjoy some relaxation . We have many pets including pot bellied pigs, chickens and dogs and one cat.

Why they chose this property

We love Living in the beautiful piney woods of East Texas! Our property is pastoral and generally quiet and peaceful. In spring you will find calves and foals cavorting in the pastures.

What makes this property unique

The main property is an 1855 dogtrot farmhouse that is our residence. We have one other property in addition to the Schoolie. The main area is taken up by horses and cows but there is room to play and run. There is also shared access to the salt water pool on the property for those hot summer days.
