Hello, we are a young married couple going to Europe for two months this spring. This is our home that we care about very much, not a rental unit, and we would ask that any potential subletters would be thoughtful in how they use the space. and we are renting our beautiful home

This home is a duplex with a studio unit in the back. The available unit is the upstairs of the main home, the other 2 units are occupied with long-term residents.
The home features art, lush plants, and beautiful mid-century furniture. The living room has a home theater system with a projector and pull-down screen that is hooked up to fire tv so you can stream movies and tv to your heart's delight.
The dining room has a large dining table for dinner parties and a fully stocked bar cart.
The kitchen is a cook's dream (we know this because we love to cook). Fully stocked with every cooking tool you might want including a Vitamix blender, luxury espresso machine and Cuisinart stand mixer.
One bedroom will come completely furnished with a queen bed, while the other can either be furnished with a bed or left as an office/guest room as you prefer.
The backyard is the star of the show! With lush landscaping including fruit trees and vegetable beds, gas bbq, and plenty of entertaining space this yard is quite an urban oasis. On top of that, there is a brand-new luxury HOT TUB!
