The host was welcoming, but the house was freezing, one of toilets stopped working and the shower overfills. The house was nicely decorated, clean, and the owner was accommodating.

The house is generally clean but the shared toilet does not flush well, paper towels are just half used by the previous renters and when I texted the owner if they can provide paper towels, he did not answer back, wifi is not working so we have to call the owner. The good thing is the place is nearby shops and very convenient. Still i can recommend due to its cleanliness.

The volume button didn’t work on the remote. The master shower was a bit odd. Normally you would have access to turn it on from outside of the shower. For this one, you have to get in to turn it on. Other than the address not being correct, overall it was pretty nice.

Weird check in with the wrong address in the email and missing lockbox key. Toilet needs to be fixed, heat didn’t work and there was only 4 towels for 5 people. Unit itself is clean and well furnished.

The correct address is included in the check-in instructions, and when you called on the day of arrival, I walked you through the process and you were able to access the unit successfully. Regarding the lockbox key, the previous guest forgot to return it, but this did not impact your entry since the gate was open and the garage clicker provided access to the driveway gate. I also checked in with you during your stay to make sure everything was going smoothly. I appreciate you mentioning that the unit was clean and well furnished, and I’ll ensure the items you noted—towels, heating, and toilet—are reviewed and addressed for future guests. What a great spot! Absolutely beautiful apartment. Looked and felt brand new. Excellent communication with the host, and we also felt super safe there. The only hiccup I had was with the parking. The security gate to get into the garage is extremely narrow. I was as careful as I could be entering and exiting the gate and still managed to bump the gate opening sensor, punctured a tire and had to pay the host to repair it. I take full responsibility, the host warned m about the narrowness of the gate, but I still messed up. Be careful with this detail, and you’ll have an absolutely perfect stay!!’

Enjoyed 5 nights while we explored San Francisco and then headed to Yosemite. Location is up and coming in an industrial area. We found everything we needed, including some great restaurants. The condo was clean and as-advertised.

The Urban Oasis served as the perfect home base for a Bay Area memorial service our party hosted to honor two cherished loved ones. The accommodations are immaculate and the beds are comfy. Good for a quick trip to San Francisco

Overall the property was great. Plenty of space for the four of us. It was easy drive to San Francisco over the Bay Bridge. We had to drive through a couple of rough areas to get to the house but the house itself felt very safe and secure. Gate and driveway is a bit tight to get through with a large vehicle but manageable. We enjoyed our stay.

Upon arrival at 8:30pm the home wasn’t clean or ready for new guests. There was a scheduling conflict with another party. Issue was resolved and we were told we’d get a refund for our first nights stay. That refund has yet to happen. Frustrating! Home is cute and decorated nicely. Couch is small and not very enjoyable to sit on to watch movies.

Convenient location, clean place, tight parking

The home had plenty of space for our family of 5, and it was updated nicely. Beds were comfy and the owner was easy to contact. The only negative was parking--there is a garage and gated driveway on the property, but other residents often parked in front of the gate, making it impossible for us to park. On multiple occasions we knocked on neighbors' doors until we found someone who could move the cars. Otherwise, it was a great place to stay, and in spite of that, we would stay here again.

Oakland visit for wedding

This place is a great house to stay in but is only a couple of streets from homeless. Felt safe on actual street & having garage & security gate. The house could use better furniture in front room. Too low for a tall person with arthritis. Beds are comfortable and kitchen was great to cook in.
