This 1886 Dakota Territory home is the oldest standing home in Rapid City and has been meticulously restored to add modern conveniences while keeping its original charm. From the hand carved staircase, vintage front door and clawfoot tub to the modern chef's kitchen and marble bathrooms, everyone is sure to enjoy their stay. Sleeps up to 12 adults comfortably. Situated downtown, you'll have quick access to highway 16 and i90 and close proximity to gas, grocery and numerous dining options. Enjoy the fire table and outdoor sectional in the private courtyard while you grill burgers and play cornhole. Family-friendly with a fully-equipped kitchen and coffee bar. 5 bedrooms, 3 full baths and 3 living rooms equipped with a foosball table and board games and two daybeds with trundles.

After a visit in 2020, our entire family fell in love with the black hills area. From our initial crew of 4, we now have over 30 family members that have moved here as well! We want people to be able to experience the same sense of awe we had when we first visited and would be thrilled to host you and your group of family/friends.
