We loved our stay! So easy to walk to everything and ride our bikes. The unit had everything we needed. The bed was very comfortable. Highly recommend!
Perfect location for our stay in Glenwood Springs. Restaurants, shops, hot springs, and a hike all in walking distance. Large living area, well-equipped kitchen, bedroom is a bit small but the bed and linens are good quality. Beautiful tile work and strong water flow in the bathroom. All in all a great place for a stay close to everything in Glenwood.
Our experience was fabulous, the house is walking distance to the Glenwood springs pool, downtown restaurants, and biking access is ideal. Just the right size for a couple or small family
The house is situated very close to downtown so within walkable distance of restaurants and shops. It was very clean; kudos to the person doing the housekeeping. We tried watching TV but the stream buffered quite a bit.Overall, excellent cleanliness and area!
I reserved this property for my in-laws. It was perfect for 2 people. Bathroom is small, but otherwise they raved about the cleanliness, and location. We will book again.
This is our second stay in this perfect little house. It’s location is optimal for our visits to Glennwood Springs, it’s close enough to downtown to be easily walkable giving you access to the shops and plenty of restaurants. The neighborhood is quiet and the accommodation is comfortable and well appointed.
Fiancé and I spent a weekend away as a stay-cation in Glenwood to relax and enjoy the hot springs. And the cozy house was the perfect vibe to add to the experience. Walking distance from so much made everything feel like home away from home.
What a cute place! Very clean and updated. The kitchen had everything I needed. Walking distance to restaurants and shops along with a short drive to Iron Mountain Hot Springs. Dustin was very responsive and helpful. Would definitely stay here again!
We choose this property for is proximity to Amtrak and the restaurants of downtown and it did not disappoint. It was an easy walk to everything Glenwood Springs had to offer. Any issues we experienced were expeditiously handle by the host. On checkout day, Amtrak was running late and Dustin was kind enough to give us a later checkout time. I would stay here again in the future.
Small place close to downtown. It was fine for our 2-day stay. There was a air conditioner rolled into the living room and it worked okay if you left it on most of the day. Bed was comfy place was clean. Make sure you read that there is no dishwasher but that was not a problem for us. The owner does ask you to strip the bed and put the towels and linens in the washing machine.

Liked: Check-in, communication, location
Disliked: Cleanliness
TLC Needed
The location of unit to downtown can’t be better. Communication with owner was fast and easy. Management company and cleaning crew are definitely letting this owner down and need to be fired immediately. Repairs to plumbing, outdoor furniture and attention to detail in cleaning inside and out as well as proper laundry washing and drying without cutting corners and time are needed. Honestly I feel bad for the owner and would prefer to review those responsible for letting conditions deteriorate.
