Other Things to Note:

✔ Our building is undergoing exterior restoration and painting, starting September 14, 2026. Expect construction noise and dust ,Monday through Friday during daytime hours, and possible temporary view/lanai obstruction. The unit interior is unaffected, and our nightly rates are already discounted to account for this inconvenience.

✔ A rental agreement with terms and conditions must be completed prior to check-in

✔ The shoreline in front of the property is not a swimmable beach due to erosion. The beach access is a short walk away, Sugar Beach
