We love this condo and have stayed here twice. It’s clean and comfortable for 4 adults. The location is ideal for exploring the island. Mornings on the lanai over looking the ocean are perfect. We were delighted with our 8-night stay at this lovely, aesthetically pleasing condo! The location is ideal, the ocean view is gorgeous, and the sunsets are beautiful. The location is wonderful - between two nearby beaches and close to restaurants and shops. My husband and I spent most of our time on the balcony nurturing our sense of well-being with the sights and sounds of the ocean. Ahhh...Owner, Skye, was quick to respond to questions we had before our visit and communicated clearly about check-in process and any questions that arose while there.

Royal Mauian is a great building to stay at and offers amazing ocean front access. The unit renovation was immaculate and the lanai views outstanding. Beds were comfortable. For the price point, the kitchen could be stocked a little better (we had to buy saran wrap, coffee and a few other knick knacks). This was a last minute trip so we were happy to have the unit, even at the cost as it is at the highest end for RM, but would definitely stay here again.

We are so pleased you enjoyed our unit. Thank you also for the feedback. The lack of Saran wrap was an oversight. We usually have some on hand so we slipped up. When you come back again, I promise we will have Saran wrap for you! We don't stock coffee because everyone has a favorite brand, so we leave it to our guests to choose their own so they get what they want and unused coffee doesn't go to waste. As you can tell, we work hard to make sure our unit, as you wrote, comfortable and immaculate.

We had a wonderful 10-day stay in Maui! Skye, our host, was fantastic—always quick with communication and attentive in resolving the small issues that came up. The newly renovated condo was bright, classy, and very comfortable, with everything we needed. We especially loved relaxing on the lanai, watching turtles swimming and taking in the endless ocean views at sunset. The location was perfect—close to great snorkeling spots, dining, shopping, and plenty of beaches to explore. We can’t wait to return!

An amazing view with all the creature comforts!

Our family had a wonderful stay at this property. Most mornings and evenings were spent on the lanai, enjoying the gorgeous view and relaxing sounds of the ocean. The property itself is beautifully updated with all the creature comforts you would want, including ones you never knew you needed. The neighborhood is full of all sorts of unique little shops and eateries. We definitely felt like we got more of an authentic experience here than on a resort. We only wish we had more time to explore. We'd definitely stay here again.

Terrific Royal Mauian condo

Third time staying in this unit. Beautifully decorated. Has everything you could possibly need. The lanai allows you to whale and turtle watch as well as see magnificent sunsets. The owner is great to work with.

We had an incredible week in Maui staying at Skye's place. Couldn't have asked for a better view and accommodation to comfortably suit 4 people - not to mention we easily managed to cook a full Thanksgiving dinner! Check in and check out were smooth and we had all the info we needed, and Skye was terrific to communicate with. Would highly recommend staying here!

This unit is beautiful and clean and the view is spectacular! The grounds are well maintained. Perfect location to get around the island. Great shopping and restaurants within walking distance. Great snorkeling right out front at Kam 1 and 2 and easy rental of snorkel and beach gear right across the street. Great communication with owner. Couldn’t ask for anything more!

Incredible Spot

If I could give this 10 stars I would! We loved our stay here and were sad to leave. The oceanfront view speaks for itself, but being settled in between beaches makes it even better. The condo is beautiful and has everything you will need. The building is clean and quiet, and everyone was very friendly. Check in/out were very smooth and the included parking is extra nice. Amazing stay during whales season

This is one of the best vacation rentals we’ve ever stayed in. Incredible location - groceries and many restaurants within an easy walk. Great snorkeling just steps from the building. We watched whales from the lanai every evening. The apartment itself is perfect. Really beautifully designed, the kitchen is well supplied and everything is really high-quality – beds are comfortable, everything was great. I’m sure the air conditioning is needed at sometimes of the year, but we didn’t need it during our stay. I can’t say enough about it – we would love to come again!!

We are new owners and have just completed a full remodel. Owning a unit at the Royal Mauian has been a longtime dream of ours. Our family has been vacationing in Kihei for 40 years. When they were growing up. both our daughters learned to swim in the pool and nearby Kam 2 beach. We have had countless family reunions in Kihei and it is truly our second home. We are excited to be able to share it with guests and visitors who are either returning or discovering for the first time.

Why they chose this property

There is not a better location on Maui. Ocean front, beautiful views, turtles every day, whales in season, great food, wonderful swimming, diving, snorkeling, hiking, and golf. A great place for family and friends.
