We're glad the home was suitable for the stay, and they appreciate the detailed notes. We are very sorry to hear about the condition of the pool table sticks, especially since this amenity was an important part of the booking decision. We will also be addressing the refrigerator light, the dining chair, the towel holder, and the fitted sheet. These items should have been caught during inspection, and they appreciate the opportunity to correct them. Regarding parking, the home can only accommodate the driveway size shown in the listing, though they understand it may feel tight with multiple vehicles. Thank you again for the helpful feedback.
