Leto Townhouse is a beautiful 3-bedroom luxury holiday home located in the boutique resort of Kalkan, Turkey. When location matters, this property is hard to beat: the historic Old Town is just a 1–2 minute stroll away, and shops, restaurants, cafés, and amenities are right on your doorstep. Kalkan’s charming harbour and town beach can also be reached with an easy five-minute walk.

Accommodation

Upon entering Leto Townhouse, guests are welcomed into a spacious and beautifully designed open-plan living area. At the rear sits a fully equipped modern kitchen featuring high-end appliances, marble countertops, and an island unit with bar stools. Whether you’re preparing a quick breakfast or a full evening meal, the kitchen is stocked with everything you need. A door from the kitchen leads to a secluded private courtyard—a peaceful spot to escape the heat of the day. This shaded space is furnished with comfortable seating and an outdoor dining table, and also includes a traditional stone-built BBQ for relaxed summer evenings.

The living room is generously sized and furnished with a luxury corner sofa, flatscreen TV, DVD player, portable speaker, and complimentary Wi-Fi. Double patio doors open onto the south-facing pool terrace, where you’ll find a small but perfectly designed plunge pool—ideal for cooling off during the hot summer months. The terrace is furnished with four high-quality aluminium sun loungers and surrounded by pretty Mediterranean plants.

First Floor

Marble stairs lead to the first floor, where all three stylish bedrooms are located. To the rear of the townhouse is a twin bedroom with its own en-suite bathroom and a large private balcony overlooking the courtyard. At the front are two spacious double en-suite bedrooms, each with large wardrobes, bedside cabinets, and luxurious super king-size beds. These two bedrooms share a generous south-facing balcony furnished with a comfortable seating set as well as two additional sun loungers.

Additional Information

All rooms are fully air-conditioned, and all bathrooms feature bespoke stone basins and travertine marble finishes. The property accommodates a maximum of six guests. A cot and high chair are available on request.
