We had a wonderful 6 nights at Villa Dundar in the middle floor apartment. the view of the sea and has is spectacular and the pool, tho small is clean and lovely. although it is shared between all the apartments it never felt crowded and usually we had it to ourselves. The place is clean and convenient - just 10 minutes outside Kas. 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and nice kitchen and sitting area with inside and outside tables. We had a great time visiting beaches, taking boat excursions and walking to the nearby beaches. The owners were extremely helpful, even helping us locate a lost phone and sending it on after our departure. Their boat trips run by Captain Erdem (the landlord) are also very lovely. I very highly recommend this place.

Fabulous apartment in a great location, with jaw dropping view over Kas

Friendly host, challenging access and parking (although we did get a parking space) otherwise great accommodation for one night with beautiful sea view

The room was clean and tidy with a comfortable bed. Although not a full sea view room, the outlook from our balcony was pleasant. The staff was friendly and helpful. The hotel is on a steep hill but is walkable and I am over my mid-60s.
