• No shoes inside
• No smoking inside or within 20 ft of the property
• No parties or unauthorized guests
• Trash: Please sort into the correct bins
• Lost & Found: $35 handling fee + shipping if items are recovered (held for 2 weeks)
• No mailbox access (deliveries left at door at guest discretion)
