Cardinal Cottage Retreat! 4 Homes Away from beach!

Comfortable home that sleeps six, a beach at the end of the road, and less than a 10 minute drive to downtown Lexington! Featuring a spacious living room, a fully stocked kitchen with all your cooking basics, and offering Netflix and Disney +, you won't find a place that makes you feel more at home. Take a dip in the lake or cozy up on the big comfy couch to watch a movie, you and your guests will enjoy the rest and relaxation this home provides!

Dogs are welcome with an arrangement upon booking! They must stay off of the furniture, on a leash when outside, feces picked up and treated for the prevention of fleas and ticks. You must request permission BEFORE making your reservation to bring your dog(s).

Quiet neighborhood lining Lake Huron

We suggest a car to explore the Lexington area!
HOUSE RULES:

- No more than 3 cars on site
- Do NOT park on road or in neighbors'way!
- All furniture must be put back where it is found!
- No Shoes on while inside the home
- Quiet hours are from 11 PM to 8 AM
- Please respect our neighbors by not having loud music or by yelling and using profanity (many are permanent residents!)
- Garabage must be bagged up, put into trash bins at the end of the drive way at departure.
- You must be 25 or older to rent this cottage
- Please note: RVs, tents, and campers are not permitted at our homes. Failure to comply will result in applicable fees.

The property was all that it promised. Very clean, kitchen was well appointed, the beds were comfortable, and it was great to have a washer and dryer onsite.The neighborhood was quiet, and we were very close to the neighborhood park and beach.

This house was very clean. Checking in was super easy and communication was excellent. It was the perfect size for 4 adults and 2 children. The location of the house was super close to the beach. It is also just a very short drive to downtown Lexington. We truly enjoyed our stay and would recommend this house!

Beach getaway

This cottage was very clean and accommodating and made for a fun and relaxing long weekend for 6. The best feature was how close it is to the private park and beach on beautiful Lake Huron.

Great October visit!

The home and yard was lovely - well furnished with EVERYTHING a family needs.. can VERY clean! Thanks for making this our home away from home with a great view of Lake Huron from the large windows! I highly recommend this property!

Fun Family Getaway

This cottage was everything we needed and more! The kitchen was stocked full of anything you may need. The beds were very comfortable. The backyard with the fire pit was amazing after a long day at the beach, that was a short walk away. We had plenty of room to spread out and bitbalso had a comfortable place to be all together. We would love to come back some day. The host was very attentive and answered any questions i had very fast.

Great Stay

Everything was pretty great. Short walk to the private beach. Bonus was Peacock TV during Olympics. The only one thing that could be easy improved is the gas grill. It was rusted and I wasn't able to clean it. So no grilling. But the owner can fix it super easily.
