Guests have access to the entire apartment. Guests can also use the pools and hot tubs located on the bottom level of this building. There is outdoor pool, lazy river, kiddie pool as well as indoor pool and hot tub.
❃MAINTENANCE SCHEDULE❃
The main pool will be temporarily closed for maintenance and replastering from December 8–24, 2025. During this time, the kiddie pool and indoor pool will also undergo repainting. All pool areas are expected to reopen together once the work is complete.

If there is evidence of smoking in your room and/or your balcony, you will be charged a minimum of a $250 fee to cover our cleaning costs. If discovered, a violation of this policy will result in your immediate eviction. This policy is taken seriously and is STRICTLY ENFORCED.
Please, please, please check-out at your arranged check-out time. Late check-outs are very disruptive to our cleaning, inspector and office teams and often inconvenience our next, incoming guests. All violators will be charged an unauthorized late check-out fee of $100.

As part of our ongoing efforts to ensure a pleasant and pest-free environment, we have scheduled regular pest control treatments for our property. Floors 1 to 5: Pest control will occur on the first Tuesday of February, April, June, August, and October.
Our locations are privately owned and rented by individual hosts (please treat our properties with respect), all questions or requests must be made by contacting us as we are providing guest services. Any front desks operating in, or near, these locations will not have your information and will be unable to assist you with your stay or questions you may have.
Please note our pre-check-in policy. Failure to sign our check-in form and provide a valid government-issued ID by 3 PM on the day of check-in will result in the inability to check in that day.
