The house has living room, family room, study area, 3 bedrooms - each with a queen bed and separate bathroom. Beautiful backyard has outdoor furniture, BBQ grill, and seasonal fruit trees. Plenty of shade allows to enjoy beach weather. Park in 2 car driveway or use free street parking.
