BEACH FRONT-OCEAN VIEWS! This property is located on The Strand, in front of a beautiful section of the beach that includes volleyball courts, great surfing, swimming and is lifeguard patrolled. A wonderful beach for families and surfers alike - it is exceptionally safe, clean and spacious and boasts the best surfing beach in the South Bay. Walk or bike to the MB or Hermosa Piers, shops and restaurants. The famous Fishbar restaurant is only 1 ½ block walk and downtown Manhattan Beach is a lovely 30 minute stroll down the Strand.(1.3 miles)
North Manhattan Beach is conveniently located to LAX (15 min.) or the 405 (7 min), Venice Beach & Marina Del Rey (15 min), the Getty Museum in (25 min) or Disneyland in (45 min). Once you are here however, there is really no need for a car - everything you need to enjoy your stay is a short walk away. Come enjoy the California beach life!

THE CONDO:
This top-level condo has a large living area and deck, offering incredible panoramic views from Malibu to Palos Verdes, the MB Pier and even Catalina Island. Watch the surfers in front while drinking your morning coffee and sip wine while enjoying amazing sunsets every night. Fall asleep listening to the surf.
This uniquely designed tri-level condo offers a spacious modern styled main living and dining area. High open-beam ceilings give a sense of openness, and the large windows let in abundant light to brighten the rooms. Hardwood floors and a modern floor-to-ceiling fireplace complete the space. The living area has a 50” flat-screen HDTV, space for relaxing and is furnished with art from a local artist.
A spiral staircase leads to a loft that overlooks the living area. The loft has a contemporary full sized bed and its own 2-piece powder room (sink, toilet), offering a comfortable third sleeping area.
The 2 bedrooms are located in the back part of the unit, on their own level, providing privacy and quiet from the main living area. The Master suite is incredibly large with an attached full bath featuring a large standing shower, soaker tub with overhead skylight, mirrored vanity with double sinks, toilet. The Master has a king bed, large closet and flat-screen TV. The second bedroom features a queen sized bed and is next to the main bathroom (shower, toilet, sink). The bathrooms are stocked with towels, and linens are provided for sleeping. The condo has its own in unit laundry room with washer, dryer and ironing for your convenience.

The remodeled kitchen is equipped for cooking with a Thermadore gas cook-top, wall oven, microwave oven, and is fully stocked with cooking and bakeware - as well as utensils, allowing you to prepare meals as if you were in your own home. The dining room has an amazing ocean view with new furniture.

THE LOCALE:
Living at the beach means you spend your days swimming, learning to surf or stand-up paddle, boogie boarding or just watching from your deck. No driving or packing up the car required! Stairs to the beach and bike path are conveniently located directly in front of the property. The condo is located on the top level of a friendly 4 unit building, occupied by local residents. Our onsite manager will meet you upon arrival for check-in and can assist you with any special requests before you arrive.
