nice place!

Just as advertised. Parking spot was a big plus, and the instructions on finding the spot were very helpful! Quiet street and close to transit.

Way too noisy of a neighborhood

The property manager was great. The neigborhood was way too noisy (backyard parties each weekend night when we were there) , weeds on backporch were overgrown and no live tv was a bit of a disappointment

If you're young and you're tired, these needs are for you

The unit had nice updated appliances, space for our group of 5 and a nice back patio. For relaxing. The el was a 15 min walk and 20 or so minutes to downtown. There was a broken window in the unit that was taped to hold the glass together. The unit had no cabinet pulls for the kitchen so opening the drawers was actually quite annoying and difficult. The beds. I know they were old as Iam because they looked it and were a box springst set. They looked like what one would find out back of an abandoned home in 1990. The pillows were about as old and were thin and lumpy. I would have taken a less updated kitchen for a better bed. (There was a partially empty jug of milk in the fridge. )Overall the unit could have been cleaned better. There was dirty hand marks on the bathroom door, trash in the rear patio which had a full full garbage. The neighbors on either were friendly and played their music in happy weekend enjoyment. Sadly, we left a large box of gushers which I missed on my drive home but hopefully the next guests enjoy them.If the host updated the beds fixed the window and added cabinet and drawer handles, Id recommend this place for Everyone.
