This is truly a rare, level Norris Lake lot with no stair access to lake. Located in Sharps Chapel just three miles off Highway 33. Conveniently located between three full-service marinas, Cedar Grove, Lakeview and Beach Island Marine. Great views of Norris Lake from the ranch style 3-bedroom 2 bath house that sleeps 10. Large deck along back of house gives you unobstructed views of lake and dock. House is located at the end of street in a cul-de-sac and sits on a large level lot with fenced back yard. Plenty of parking in driveway and on street in front of house. There is a convenient access ramp to house leading from driveway up to covered side porch which allows easy access to house. Eat-in kitchen with granite countertops opens up to a large, vaulted family room with beautiful views of lake. Bedroom 1 has a King bed and a giant master bath with soaking tub and shower, Bedroom 2 has a Queen bed and Bedroom 3 has both a Queen bed and Full over Full bunk bed. There is also a Queen sleeper sofa in the Family room. Kitchen is fully equipped, and all bed linens and bath towels are provided, bring your own beach towels! House is located 15 minutes from the Walmart and grocery stores in Tazewell. Bubba Brews Sports Bar and Grill is just a short boat ride across the channel or just over 5 minutes away by car. Keep your boat or PWC docked at our private dock which can be enjoyed with easy access and no stairs. 2 single person kayaks available for paddling around our large quiet cove. Come enjoy the beautiful Norris Lake from your own lake side paradise. Note that our dock has seasonal water so in late summer and early spring our dock access is dependent on lake level, please inquiry if this may affect your rental.

Amazing place and such a nice flat walk to the Lake!!! It is super close to Bubba’s Brews (or whatever the new name is), but it is super peaceful in the cove! Loved it so much we booked it again for next summer before we even checked out.

Perfect location for a family vacation with young kids since there aren’t many locations on Norris with flat property. It was great having a huge yard for the kids to run around in and a dock that was easily accessible. House had everything we needed

Amazing Property

I stayed at this property with my in laws and my three toddlers. The fenced in yard was perfect for my kiddos to play and we loved the flat yard all the way down to the water. The sitting area by the dock was peaceful and the view was phenomenal! We have stayed in many different properties on the lake and this was by far our favorite!

The house was easy to find by boat. The property is nice and flat. The dock is nice and in good shape. The house was clean and well equipped. I would diffidently stay here again.

Perfection on the lake!

This place was perfect! Beautiful and no steps. The porch, view, and easy access to the lake made for a great trip! Beds were really comfortable and kitchen was equipped with everything you need! Can't wait to rebook!

Wow! Exactly what we had hoped for! We had 6 adults and two toddlers and it was perfect. We cooked every meal and kitchen was so very well stocked. Super clean, quiet and lovely neighbor shared a tomato when she smelled our burgers on the grill! Dock was fun to swim off of and great for docking our boat. We did use the fire pit by the lake one evening and it was beautiful!Tony is so responsive and helpful!HIGHLY recommend.Love to come back one day

Beautiful 4th of July weekend!

We will absolutely be staying at this property again. The dock was extremely convenient and beautiful. There’s a ladder at the dock so we were able to swim after we brought the boat in. There were more than enough places to sleep and everyone felt at home.

Amazing House

Myself and my husband stayed with our three kids (10, 9, 6) and my parents. We all loved the house! It was so clean with the perfect amount of space for us! The kitchen was fully stocked, and the backyard was perfect for cornhole. My kids also loved the basketball hoop and being right on the lake. There’s a great seating area there, and we had so much fun swimming and fishing. We rented a boat two days and pulled up right to the dock to eat lunch before going back out. Thank you so much! We will be back!

2023 Lake Norris Trip

Our first trip to Lake Norris and we loved it! The lake is beautiful and so clean. Tony's house was just perfect for us "older" folks. It has to be one of the easiest to get to the water on the lake. No steps at all! Check in was very easy. We will definitely return when we get a chance.

Awesome!

We had a wonderful time. The house has just what you need. We loved that we had access to drop our boat and pull it out every day. The space is amazing, from the house to the back yard to the dock and the lake of course is the best. Tony was very easy to communicate with and stayed in touch. Will definitely be back next year!best.
