We had a wonderful stay at this East Beach house over Labor Day. The house is smartly furnished. It has old SSI East Beach charm, but has been updated so that it is clean and well appointed. The kitchen has everything you need. The side porch is a great hang out space. The yard is beautifully landscaped. It's an easy walk to the beach, and the house has chairs, umbrellas and beach toys. The apartment over the garage was very cool and a great extra space. And the garage itself has a sitting area, large TV, ping pong and foosball, so a great hang out space. The host, Kevin, is very communicative, made check in easy, and checked in with us to make sure everything was as it should be. Awesome stay and I would recommend staying here.

Very charming home, perfect for us 4 couples for a weekend getaway. The screened in room was our favorite although the home had a lot to offer, high end appliances, stocked with more than the essentials, quiet neighborhood, gameroom etc. We had a great time!

We love 1813 Bruce Dr!

This was our 2nd time staying here and will book again. The outdoor spaces, large guest house/full garage, stocked kitchen, multiple laundry spaces, and location cannot be beat.

Perfect Cottage

Had the best time with family as we celebrated our daughter's wedding. Location was great for beach and restaurants. We loved the separate areas of the house to spread out and spend some alone time.

East Beach Cottage is the ideal vacation home for several couples or an extended family. The screened porch is a lovely space to enjoy family time when you aren't out enjoying the beach- which is an easy walk. Kevin is an amazing host and we have already booked to return next year!

Perfect family beach trip

We are repeat guests, and our stay gets better each time. We can’t wait for the next visit. We enjoyed the screened in porch and living areas as well as close proximity to the beach. The layout is perfect for our group - 5 adults in the main house and 2 adults and a baby in the guest house.

Long Weekend at St Simons

Our stay was terrific. It’s our 2nd time to this location and it was just as advertised. Our stay overlapped the hurricane that luckily went to the south but the owner was very flexible with check in and out to help us avoid the potential storm. Would strongly recommend if your planning a trip to East Beach.

East Beach wedding trip

The house was perfect. It easily accommodated our extended family and the bonus suite over the garage is great as well. East Beach is lovely and the house is only down the street from beach access.

This was our second time staying here. We loved it! Kevin was very helpful throughout our visit. There was a new addition of the cutest outside shower that was great for rinsing off after beach! Highly recommend this homey, lovely cottage.

Fall Beach Getaway

The property was just as described. It was clean, comfortable, easy walk to beach with a great private yard. The suite above the garage was very nice I would highly recommend for future rentals.

welcoming East Beach cottage

This was our 4th year staying here and we enjoy it more each year. The front porch is so welcoming and the perfect place to sit with coffee or a glass of wine. The bedrooms were perfect for 3 couples, and my husband and I and our baby used the garage apartment. It was great to have quiet space for him to nap and sleep. We can’t wait to book again.

East Beach stay

My wife and I and her 3 sisters and their husbands met for a get-together. We were delighted with the accommodations! It is a nice quiet neighborhood, plenty of places to sit and visit, the house is clean and has a very well stocked kitchen for cooking and serving meals. Kenyon K
