Charming 3-Bed Bungalow with Fenced-in Yard

Welcome to our fully-renovated 3 bed, 2 bath ranch-style bungalow with beautiful original hardwood floors and fully fenced in yard for your pet. Situated in the historic Battery Heights neighborhood only 4 min (1.2 mi) from downtown! Rest here after hitting the town by watching the 50" Flat Screen Roku TV on the sectional sofa in air conditioned comfort and ceiling fans. Or, grill out with your friends and eat dinner on the patio. Enjoy the fully-stocked coffee bar in the morning before working at the desk in the main bedroom.
House Rules - please read. If unable to follow all rules, please cancel reservation within the 48 hour full or partial refund window.

1. There is a zero tolerance policy for parties or events. If there is a party or if there is more than the maximum of 6 guests on the property (additional guests must be approved), you will be asked to leave with no refund.

2. Minimum age of 25 for guest booking the reservation, and the booking guest must be staying at the property.

3. Smoking of any kind or vaping is not permitted inside the home. Smoking is allowed outside only. An additional cleaning fee of $500 will be charged if this rule is broken.

4. A maximum of 2 pets is allowed without approval from Hosts. Guests are responsible for damage caused by pets.

5. Please take off your shoes and use the provided shoe racks to store them.

6. Although we will try to accommodate requests for early check-ins and late check-outs, this depends highly on housekeeping scheduling and can not always be fulfilled.

7. There is a doorbell camera and outdoor cameras. There are no indoor cameras.

This was one of the best rental homes I’ve stayed in. Everything was really clean, beds were so comfortable, and the place felt spacious even for 3 adults and 3 kids. Very nice updated cottage in a well maintained neighborhood close to all downtown amenities. Relaxing patio and really appreciated the fenced in backyard for our dog. This house is a hidden gem in Raleigh! It was spacious and comfortable. The furniture, bed linens, towels, and everything was all of great quality. There's even a heat lamp in the master bathroom! Our stay was perfect. The bedrooms were comfortable and the showers were hot and the water pressure was great. Amenities were very well thought of and they even provided dog bowls and a dog blanket. The house was just the right fit for our family.

A quiet, cozy stay minutes away from it all

The pictures does not do this place Justice at all, it's surprisingly spacious and makes you feel at home the second you walk through the door. Not to mention a 5-minute drive to the heart of downtown, there are plenty of amenities within walking distance. The hosts are super kind and gracious, so don't sleep on this stay!

The house was perfect! It was clean and comfortable. The fenced in backyard for great for our doggies. The main reason I picked here was for its proximity to Walnut Creek because we came to see Riley Green in concert! We would definitely stay here again!

Very neat, clean & comfortable. Location was near family on N. Blount & was very convenient to downtown. Backyard was great for my fur baby. Decent neighborhood, with sidewalks for walking her. Perfect for our party of 2 couples and a dog!
