Not to mention, it's walking distance from one of the most beautiful lakes & trails in NC, Lake Lynn (fish, kayak, picnic, etc). It's a 5 minute drive to Crabtree Valley Mall & North HIlls Mall, 10 minutes to Downtown Raleigh & numerous Hospitals and Universities.

This spacious home has a lower level that also operates as a short-term rental. Feel free to also book the lower level unit, if you need more space. Booking details below.

This updated home combines contemporary decor and modern amenities with a refreshing southern charm. Spacious and open living and dining area and a private sunroom and deck which beckon you to relax with your cup of coffee or your favorite book. At night, tiki lights lead you to continue to enjoy the outdoors, year-round, especially with the warmth of the fire pit. Finally, feast your eyes on the spacious backyard that allows you to experience the beauties of nature.

There are only 2 steps to enter the home, then everything is on one level, easy one-story living.

Enjoy over 1300 square feet of comfort, relaxation and convenience with all the amenities you would expect from a high-end home, including quality furniture, linens, appliances. This home also features a salt water filtration system which is great for skin, hair, lathering, drinking and more.

I enjoyed our stay at this location. It’s in a nice location and is very quiet. The owner was very professional and responsive. The location is perfect for pets as there is plenty of green space. The only drawback is that there is no guest parking at the location and you share the location with guests below.

We had a great stay. The house was just what we needed. Great location close to everything. Very comfortable with everything we needed such as iron, ironing board and great washer/ dryer. This home was a great choice for our week long stay over the Thanksgiving week in Raleigh to visit with our son. First, Pam was Awesome at responding to questions and offering suggestions. Second, the property was clean, comfortable and perfect to relax, and enjoy some great family time together. The master bed was VERY comfortable as we love a firm mattress. We used the grill on the back deck to cook a couple meals, and we used the gas fire pit to roast marshmallows for some-mores. The screened in porch was a nice touch with a beautiful view of the large backyard. Thank you!!

My fiance and I stayed at this location for 4.5 days while we toured areas to move to. The facilities were clean and inviting, the kitchen had most everything we needed to make breakfast and lunch. We appreciate the easy check in process and location to all. My only suggestion is to fix the handle on the storm door as it was very difficult to open and seemed to be coming loose. Otherwise, I highly recommend this for those coming to the area.

We renovated this 1960s farmhouse and made it a perfect spot for gathering, as well as quiet reflection. We removed and added walls, added a back deck, made the basement into a full living space and so much more. It is now one of our family's favorite places to get away and make memories.
