The hosts were wonderful and responsive. The house was very nice and had everything you needed. It is close to many great places in the Ozarks. I will definitely stay here again and would recommend anyone to stay and have a great time!!

The house is a great place to stay. It has everything you need and more. The kitchen is well stocked and large. Utility room washer/dryer is nice to have to clean up after hiking or hitting the rivers and parks. The internet connection is good and there are lots of games if you have kids. We didn't even get to use the fire pit, BBQ or ping pong table, but will in future visits. The hosts Toni and Jim are wonderful and very accommodating. We will stay here anytime we are visiting the valley! Book this location. I don't think you will find any better in the area!!

The property was very nice. It was very peaceful, The host provided great details on everything and provided some extra touches in the house like a laundry pod, extra coffee and what not. The location was quite handy for Elephant Rocks and the Johnson’s Shut Ins. But it was pretty remote. There was a McDonald’s and a Subway close.

The front porch was the best location for relaxing. Nicely furnished with comfy bedding and all necessary kitchen items. Would stay again and recommend to family.

Wonderful Stay

It was a perfect place for the family to visit. We had a wonderful host and my kids loved the visiting dog and watching the horse. The master bedroom is in the back of the house separated by a step that gives the bedroom more of an isolated feel from the rest of the house.

Nice and Conveniently located in Ironton

We enjoyed the property very much. It was nice and cozy and conveniently located close to Elephant Rocks and Johnson Shut Ins. If we come back to the area, we would definitely stay at this property again. We were in town for a family girls trip and it suited us well.

Girls weekend with daughters

Great rental. Everything was perfect for our stay. House was very clean and tastefully decorated. Had everything we needed for a short hiking getaway. Would definitely recommend and stay again.

Great place for families

We really enjoyed our stay at the Old Homestead. There was plenty of room for our family, the kids enjoyed the ping pong tables, and it was clean and comfortable. The location was great for us because it was close to so many state parks. The hosts even checked if they were open on Thanksgiving. All in all we were very happy with the place and would recommend it to anyone who is staying in the area.

Clean, comfortable and convenient

This house was in excellent condition and very comfortable. We were immediately impressed with the cleanliness. It is a quaint little homestead place to relax and enjoy the beautiful Arcadia Valley. Great views and close to so many outdoor activities. Would definitely recommend this rental.
