We stayed here while visiting the area to attend a wedding at the Arcadia Academy. The home was wonderful. It’s filled with some modern touches while still preserving the antique integrity of the home. The furnishings are cozy and the beds were so comfortable. There were some cute little touches, and the property owners were very accommodating when we needed to change some things last minute. I would absolutely recommend staying here! Also, don’t forget to go to Thee Abbey Kitchen and check out the grounds there as well as the amazing food and staff. We had a wonderful weekend.

Bob and I were born and raised in Arcadia Valley. After 35 years of being away we decided to retire back home. We love to travel and spend time with our grandchildren and kids. Avid St Louis. Blues hockey fans. We love hosting and sharing our family home as a way to help finance our travel escapades.

Why they chose this property

This neighborhood off of the courthouse square is very quiet. It sits at the base of shepherd mountain.

What makes this property unique

Our home is one of the few traditional Victorians built in the early 1900’s. It was purchased in 1957 by my husband’s grandparents. We are happy to have been able to refurbish the home and offer it for other families to make memories as the Sutton family has for many decades.
