The Jackson Hole is a newly remodeled and rustically themed 1-bedroom suite in downtown Loveland, gateway to the Rocky Mountain National Park (only 35 minutes west). Only a few blocks walk to restaurants, museums, breweries, and so much more. Private and updated. Perfect for a weekend getaway, business trip, staycation, work-from-home alternative, or cozy home base while exploring everything Northern Colorado has to offer. Less than 45 min to Denver, Golden, and Boulder.

Relax in the very spacious bedroom with a king bed and still plenty of room for you to move around. The large closest has an abundance of room for all of the family's belongings or all the extras for an extended stay. The bathroom is a quaint spa like retreat with high end tiled shower. Behind the rustic charm of the kitchen cabinets you will find well stocked shelves including a blender, crock pot, casserole dishes and much more!

The suite is located separate from other units and attached by a laundry/ breezeway. Two assigned parking spaces are located just steps from the unit.

Please note the property has a comprehensive no-smoking policy that includes inside units, decks, patios, parking lot, and common areas.

I waited until VRBO refunded my exorbitant damage deposit before submitting this review. They delayed sending the refund for 19 days, meaning that they held that deposit, interest-free for about 40 days !The unit is a good-sized one bedroom apartment, not fancy but clean and well furnished. It was perfect for our needs. The washer-dryer is not in the unit, but is outside and apparently for all units to use. We didn't.There was a problem with accessing the unit, and one other problem, which were corrected quickly by the management company staff who were very cordial and efficient whenever we interacted.The management company provided complete instructions for our entry and departure procedures, and their expectations, that led me to document the unit's condition both before and after we occupied it.
