The Cellar is a Stones throw away from Lake Loveland, a perfect spot to take a stroll along the water or just sit and watch a beautiful Colorado sunset over the Rocky Mountains. It's walking distance to charming Downtown Loveland, with several restaurants, breweries, shops, museums, Historic Rialto Theatre, Foot Lagoon and The Foundry Venues, for concerts, festivals and pop-up markets. Sprouts and Natural Grocers are nearby. This is a great base camp for enjoying day trips to Rocky Mountain National Park, Estes Park, Fort Collins, Denver, Boulder, Greeley and Cheyenne. The studio includes a queen bed, kitchenette, eat at island, fridge, sink, microwave, drip coffee maker, frother, single burner hotplate and H2O kettle. The bathroom is clean & spacious with a walk-in shower, toilet and vanity. there is also a large closet. The Backyard is very large (1/2 acre) w/sitting and smoking areas, (seasonal) outdoor eating area, Blackstone flattop grill/griddle, seasonal gardens, play/run area for pets and a fire pit for those cool Colorado evenings. Free on site parking. **NOTE** If needed and if available, there is an additional short term rental on the same property, it is separate from this studio. It has a bedroom, kitchenette, bathroom, living area and sleeps 2 people. Let us know if you'd like more info on that unit. Pets welcome,
Please note** this is a very peaceful and private studio, however it is not a noise free studio and you should expect to hear ambient noise from the floor above, such as water running, footsteps, dog paw pitter patter etc. if you are hyper sensitive to noise, this probably isn"t a good fit for you.

Great location near town, walked to lake in the mornings. Beautiful backyard gardens! Love the cute town of Loveland and also easy access to Estes Park and Fort Collins. Owners are great and place was clean and well stocked. I will definitely be back!

Really enjoyed our wknd staying in the "Cellar ". Clean and perfect for our needs. Best of all, we were able to take our fur baby. The backyard is big and soooo nice to walk him around and look at the garden and further past the yard too. He saw squirrels and bunnies. He was happy and that of course, that made us happy. Antoinette and Cory are very warm and friendly people. We plan on going back next year!

The unit was more spacious than I expected. Very comfortable with everything we could wnat for the 2 of us.The hosts were very helpful, and available on site, but hey were not intrusive. The unit felt private. The proerty is also very nicely kept and is made available should we wish to enjoy it's amenities. The neighborhood is very near a private lake, and is an easy walk to view it(worth the short walk). I would stay here the next time we visit Loveland!

Great location in northern Colorado

Cory and Annette's place was a great location for all I wanted to do in Colorado. It was centrally located to Rocky Mountain National Park, Boulder and Fort Collins, all places I wanted to visit on my trip. The room was very clean and comfortable, and the neighborhood was very safe with food and a brewery within walking distance. I will definitely consider staying at this location on my next trip to Northern Colorado.

So quiet and peaceful
