Kerrie was an excellent host and very responsive and so friendly! My flight got delayed and she stayed up late to check me in and tell me the basics. It was a great spot for a short stay. Highly recommend!

Very clean and well stocked with almost all my needs. Location was perfect for me. The only negatives were the trailer is fairly old and condition somewhat poor. Also the trailer heater was in operable, however the Hosts provided and electrical space heater. All in all was good stay.

This review is a bit confusing. Nothing about our camper is in poor condition. Everything is new! We never heard a word about the heater, and as a matter of fact, it was fairly hot during this stay, so the heater was never needed. Erin was not the person who stayed, it was her husband Corbin. I can assure with not hesitation, this is not an accurate depiction of our trailer, nor has this been anyone else’s experience.

I stayed in this camper for four nights at the end of April, 2026. It was clean, quiet, and in a nice neighborhood which was close to everything. Two days before check-in I received written instructions for use of the unit. This informed me that the hot water for the shower would only last for six minutes after the heat pump was turned on and warmed up. This detail should be made apparent in the listing. Additionally, the unit itself is not heated. A space heater is provided, but the only outlet with enough power to run it is located near the top of the door (per the instructions). I didn't use it overnight because if it caught on fire it would be blocking the only exit. In the morning the thermometer inside the unit read 41 degrees. After the first morning I started bringing the clothes I was going to wear the next day in bed with me so they wouldn't be freezing when I put them on. I love campers, and own one which doesn't have these issues when plugged into shore power, so was disappointed that the listing didn't include this important info.

Hi Deborah, I'm sorry you were uncomfortable on your stay with us in our camper. The hot water heater is very standard, as a camper owner, this should be information you already know. As for the heat issue, there were 3 heaters available to you. Not sure why you would let the camper get down to 41 degrees? A simple message to us would have resolved this issue. I feel bad you chose to suffer. Our other guests have not had any of these issues.

Slept like a baby!

Really enjoyed my stay… I would and probably will come back again. The queen bed was so comfortable and the down comforter!! What a bonus - I left the windows open at 55 degrees and slept like a baby. Very quiet and private
