I have mixed feelings about this unit. If you want quiet, this is NOT the unit for you. Neighbors kept us awake. If you are searching for this location or really need a kitchen, W/D, or room for 4 with 1.5 baths, this may work. Unit has been updated but still shows signs of wear. Furniture was comfortable. Good choice of restaurants nearby. Not suitable for kids under 12 due to lack of stair railings and thin walls.

It was a cozy spot in a 4 plex where the living room meet us after walking down the stairs from the entry door then there was a small kitchen and a laundry facility with a 1/2 bath very comfortable . Then upstairs there was a full bathroom with 2 bedrooms one large and the other smaller but much cooler than the bigger one . Loved the place really felt nice being there .

Clean and Close Everything!

We really enjoyed our time in this rental! It was clean and had everything we needed. Jeffery, the property manager, responded quickly to our questions. Check in and check out was easy. We loved being within walking distance of so many wonderful shops, restaurants, and activities, as well as close to Historic St. Charles Downtown. Thanks!

6/10 Okay

3-star Average/There are some issues that need to be corrected.

This property is in a no exit street. The apartment is spacious with a well resourced kitchen, although we didn't use this much. The beds are comfortable but the decor needs attention, some unfinished repairs, scuff marks and paint chipped. The walls are thin between apartments. The neighbours had parties all weekend with disturbing behaviour - yelling, screaming and banging the walls. I wouldn't stay here again.
