I retired out of the Missouri Army National Guard and have transitioned to the public workforce. I'm an avid skydiver, bull rider, and a poor two stepper on a dance floor. I'm a dog dad of a rescued Great Dane mix named, Millie. My job is remote so it helps me be responsive to guests and their needs throughout their stay.

Why they chose this property

I personally lived in this house. The neighbors are all friendly and the neighborhood is generally quiet. Homes along the street are slowly going through remodels and updating. It was easy to walk my pup. After school you can see the neighborhood kids playing outside which means the it's a safer area. This home is close to downtown and the capitol which has several shops and restaurants.

What makes this property unique

This property was recently remodeled within the last 18 months. It has a fenced in backyard which kept my Great Dane mix contained so it should work for your animals too. The original hardwood floors give it a historic feel with modern appliances.
