It is an easy 10 to 15 minute walking distance to downtown, with an excellent cafe just around the corner and the local (organic) markets within easy walking distance. Everything for you: spacious bedroom upstairs, large living room, bathroom, kitchen and balcony. Perfect for artists and anyone who enjoys light, nature and lots of space.
