LUXURY DESERT OASIS

Great house near lots of attractions in Phoenix. Spring Training, Top Golf, walking trail. It has 3 bedrooms plus sleeper couch.

Situated in a quiet neighborhood near Ludden Mountain and the green belt which are both great for hiking and walking.

The pool is inviting, the back yard also features a BBQ and patio area.

Fully furnished, everything you need to cook delicious meals. All TVs have Roku for streaming only, NO MAIL Svc.

STAYS OVER 30 DAYS MUST PAY FOR CLEANING EVRY 30 DAYS

Entire house, master bedroom off of pool, bbq, bunk beds for kids, spacious yard with an inviting pool and 2 car garage.

Walking trail along the green belt is 50 yards from front door. Top Golf 15 minutes away. Close to spring training and lots of restaurants.
Washer and dryer in house and also a wireless printer. Pool toys, BBQ, cool AC and plenty of utensils for cooking and entertaining.

No USPS mail service available. Please ship items via FedEx or UPS.
Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.
