This is a newer construction 3 bedroom 2 bathroom home with all the amenities you'd expect in a great rental. We have a lovely screened in back porch area for your morning coffee or evening wine, a large fully fenced in back yard, and lots of common space for couples or families enjoying Charleston.

2. Though we have made an effort to make the property safe, it may not be perfect for families with very young kids.
3. We get our yard and house professionally treated by a pest control company, but this is still very much the deep south. During weather changes or rain fall you may on occasion see a bug or a mosquito. This isn't an indication of cleanliness but more the fact that we live under sea level :)
