Cozy two bedroom apartment in the heart of Lakeview. 15 min walk from Wrigley Field, less than a mile from Lake Michigan, and 20 min train ride to downtown and all attractions Chicago has to offer. Perfect space for a fun weekend in Windy City or a longer stay. Located stone's throw from numerous hip bars and restaurants, while also offering quiet neighborhood ambiance. Comfortably set up for four people stay, but sleeps up to six with pull out couch in the living room. Two bedrooms, one with a full bed and one with a queen. Spacious living room features dining area, pull out couch to accommodate two extra sleeping spaces and cozy electric fireplace. Fully stacked kitchen with new appliances and drip coffee machine. Spacious deck perfect for morning coffee or evening glass of wine.

Great Holiday Stay

Visited Chicago for the first time with friends over new years and this location was fantastic. Within walking distance to many local shops and only a short drive to downtown. Hosts were very responsive and friendly. Highly recommend!

A great stay!

Such a beautiful space. In addition to being very clean and well-kept, the little touches were so nice! Board games, filled water pitcher in the fridge, ice, toiletries, extra towels, etc. Location was great, too, within walking distance of restaurants and train station. We had four adults stay in the unit. Our adult daughters opted to sleep one in the bedroom with the full bed and one on the pull-out couch and there was plenty of room for all. (Our queen bed was very comfortable.) A lot of space to lounge in down time, and a small patio was a nice spot for morning coffee. We drove to Chicago, so opted to use the parking permit passes ($10/night). If coming and going, parking can require a little patience, at least on weekend nights when we were there. Would 100% stay here again!

So helpful to be near CTA line! Quiet neighborhood

We traveled to Chicago for a campus visit to nearby DePaul University. This location is well-situated for Wrigley Field and walkable to Lake Michigan. If you're up for seeing the City and letting CTA be your ride, it is perfect. Clean, airy, nice natural light, too! We didn't use the kitchen during our stay, but appreciated the water pitcher in the fridge. My husband did experience a serious allergic sneezing fit in the main bedroom, so running a hepa filter may be advisable. Excellent communication with owners!

This property is an excellent choice for anyone wanting to stay in the Wrigleyville/Boystown area. Lots of walkable things to do and is located on a cute and quiet side street. Lesya, one of the owners is super helpful and responsive. I would happily stay there again!

Relaxing, stress-free, convenient location

Brought the family to Chicago to see the Cubs play and to explore the area. Our stay was a great place to relax and wind down in between outings. Quiet neighborhood was quaint and we enjoyed being walking distance of many restaurants, coffee shops, and the L station. Host was super quick at answering our questions. Would definitely stay again!

GREAT location and super clean!

We rented this apartment for a Cub's game weekend. The location was a quick, easy, and safe walk to the ball field. We got coffee and pastries at two cute little places that were under a 5 minute walk. Very clean place too! We were able to find a few parking spots on the street, so that made the visit super easy too. Highly recommend!

Wrigleyville gem

Great, quiet block. Comfortable clean home with nice back porch in the shade. Only suggestion would be having washcloths available for bath/shower. Loved the easy walk to Wrigley for games, and very good eats a short walk away, too.

Cozy and clean

We stayed 4 nights. Very clean. Owner very responsive and polite. This location is within blocks of the train/subway which made it very easy to get around. Great restaurants within walking distance. Very safe area. I am picky when it comes to beds and the bed and pillows were VERY comfortable. We would definitely stay here again.

Nice stay near Wrigley

We had a wonderful stay in our suite, within walking distance to retail shops for all that you need and to Belmont Station, 10min away. The suite was very quite and easily accessible right off the street. If your driving and have a car, arrange for a parking permit with host before you arrive. parking is on the street.

Wrigleyville Walk-Up / Great Property!

We were in Wrigleyville for a couple days transiting between Milwaukee and Detroit. The owners are wonderful, very responsive to questions and offered helpful information like local restaurant information, etc. We walked everywhere (were fortunate to find a parking spot on the street, always iffy in this popular area!), safe neighborhood and lots to do. The apartment is very clean and charming, had everything we needed (nice touches like a welcome snack, coffee and filters in the kitchen). Has a cute back deck we would have used if the weather were warmer. Wouldn't hesitate to stay here again! Thank you to the owners for the lovely hospitality.

Quick weekend trip

We were in town for a quick weekend visit with family - the locations was quick and convenient to family. The experience was great. The owner assured we had all necessary information on a timely basis and the unit was super clean!
