Spacious 2-BR Condo + Free On-Site Parking

Welcome to Chicago! We're located 15 minutes from downtown Chicago, located in the Uptown neighborhood, near restaurants, super markets and a couple of blocks from the CTA Red Line train.

Our apartment is specially designed for your comfort with all the amenities you would need during your stay along with one free on-site parking spot!

Perfect for a business trip, mini getaway, family vacation to relax and feel at home!

I want to ensure everyone who stays at my place feels like they are at home and can settle right in, so I provide the following amenities to all my guests:

-One dedicated outdoor parking spot

-Professionally designed space with modern furniture.

-My cleaners are professionally trained and follow a tightly regimented cleaning and sanitizing checklist.

-Fresh towels and linens that are laundered after each stay by cleaning staff

-Smart TV in the living room

-2 Bedrooms. Master Bedrooms has a king-sized bed and the 2nd bedroom has a large queen sized bed

-Brand new stainless steel appliances in the kitchen, including fridge, microwave, stove/oven range, dishwasher, coffee maker, tea kettle and toaster

-Fully Stocked Kitchen: dinnerware, utensils, cutlery, cutting board, drinking glasses, basic spices, pots & pans, wine opener, etc.

-Bathrooms are stocked with towels, toilet paper, and shampoo, conditioner, and body wash for your use. Each bathroom has a hair dryer.

-In unit washer and dryer
-Iron and ironing board
-Luggage rack and hangers


Guest Access:

-It will be self check in.
-We have in-unit laundry. You may use it at your convenience.


-We will try our best, but Early Check-Ins and Late Check-Outs are difficult to accommodate, especially during the summer. If you need additional time, please consider booking an extra day.

-All guests need to be attentive to the house rules during their stay, as there are other tenants at the property.

-Guest should be mindful to not run or walk hard in the apartment to not disturb other tenants.

-We have STRICT rules against noise, loud music, and/or partying and have cancelled reservations due to complaints in the past. Quiet hours is after 10pm

-There is a no smoking policy with includes marijuana

-Local guests are permitted to book on an exception basis only. Local groups looking to use the property for a party, gathering or other group event are expressly prohibited and your reservation will be canceled.

-Bath towels are provided per number of guest not per number of stay
-We have duvet covers on our beddings (no top sheets).
-A Security Deposit may be required on some bookings.
-If there's an issue during your stay, please report it real time so we can address it right away.

-Pets area allowed: Small Dogs or Cats at $50 per pet, per stay
Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.

This was a great apartment. Super well located for the Ravenswood and Uptown neighborhoods, close to the "el". Well decorated and fully stocked with all we needed. It was super snowy and the walks and parking area were shoveled and cleared very very quickly. The on-site parking is key for this neighborhood. Joan was easy to work with, kind and very responsive. Will absolutely book this place again!

Joan was incredibly welcoming, friendly, and informative. She made sure we had all of the info we needed to have an easy and happy stay, including leaving cold bottled water in the fridge waiting for us. As a COVID-conscious traveler, I especially loved that they have a Winix Smart Air Purifier (HEPA filter) running in the kitchen. The condo was immaculate, there were fresh towels and linens, the dining room and living room are spacious and welcoming. We picked this location because of its walking distance proximity to the Aragon Ballroom, and would absolutely stay here again. One extra note: the front stairwell is curved while the back stairs are a more traditional staircase, so if you have suitcases, you might have an easier time bringing them in/out using the back stairs. Thank you, Joan, for making our first visit to Chicago a wonderful one!

What makes this property unique

Located in Uptown Neighborhood in Chicago- easily accessible by the CTA Red line Train (2 blocks walk to Lawrence subway station) and one block walk to Lawrence and Kenmore bus stop.

Uptown offers a unique blend of history and ethnic diversity. The Green Mill is a classic Jazz club that used to be a hangout spot for Al Capone, it is still popular to this day. This entertainment district is anchored by the Aragon Ballroom and Riviera Theatre which are bustling with shows through the weekend.

Argyle is one block away. If you believe in eating where the locals eat, Argyle is most certainly the place to go; this is authentic cooking, with no tourist traps to be found. Vietnamese restaurants and bakeries are the most plentiful, with various disciplines of Chinese food a respectable second, and Thai restaurants. There are even Ethiopian, Lebanese, Indian cuisine options.
